The office scheduled me an apt within 1 business day of calling even though I haven't visited in a few years, and the staff was extremely helpful, concerned about my dog, and helped me out financially by running tests step by step instead of bundling so many things together. They were honest with what running each test meant, and helped me choose the best options for my dog! My dog was not scared or traumatized, either, which is a huge deal because she has social anxiety now. Thank you all so much for everything you do!! Karma says Thank You, too!

This may be my first ever google review, I am not a complaining type of person. I have been bringing my dog here for about 5 years and each time I've left more disappointed than the next. They take forever to answer phone calls (or don't answer at all), have left us in the waiting room for 20+ minutes after the exam on multiple occasions simply waiting for the receipt, and this most recent time completely misdiagnosed my dog even after I asked follow up questions regarding their conclusion. Now I'm left with more questions than answers and my dog is not any better off despite the multi hundred dollar bill. It's very disheartening that their profession is a caregiving one, yet each time it seems as if I'm burdening them simply by bringing in my dog. They don't seem genuinely interested in helping, more just getting it over with. I chose this vet due to proximity to my house and now I think it will be better off to have to travel to get my dog the care it needs. I notice a lot of positive reviews, so perhaps I just get the short end of the stick every time I bring him (which is maybe once a year), but I just want to warn others that you may be left very disappointed with the care, or lack there of, received.

We have been coming here since we moved to Syracuse 10 years ago. Our cat, Parker, has gone through multiple surgeries with their guidance (hip and eye), and has had excellent care. We have also been bringing our dog, Hank, here since we got him. Dr. Guest has been an amazing resource when figuring out some tricky digestive issues with him. Each time we bring our pets in they feel like rockstars, especially Hank who loves the attention from the staff! They make going to the vet a pleasant, positive experience for our pets and we appreciate the time and care we have received.

My rescue pug (now permanently my Mila!) needed a vet asap and they were able to see and treat her within a couple of days due to a cancellation. So lucky! She was also recently spayed, microchipped, etc here. Such a friendly and cozy vibe and everyone here is wonderful. A bonus for me is they text you with info and confirmations, I’ve also texted them questions and they’re quick to respond. They’re very thorough and I feel like I can trust them🩷

I always have a great experience with the staff and vets here. Never do they ever put the thought of price before procedure. They make sure all your options are laid out and explained very well before making decisions that impact your fur babies. I love this place. They've not only helped me let go of a loved one humanly but they've also helped me bring new puppy life into the world as well. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital 🏥 ❤️ 🐕 🐈 💕
