Every person at this vet is beyond exceptional. Not only do they genuinely care about the well being of their patients. They don't look for ways to overcharge or perform unnecessary treatments. They take their time to answer any questions or concerns, and overall provide a safe and comforting experience. The doctor is incredible, and has saved all 6 of my animals at LEAST once. 10/5 stars

We are locals and were looking for a new vet, as recent experiences at our previous vet had become impersonal, and began always leaving feeling rushed and unable to grow a personal relationship, to be a voice for the best gifts life has to offer. Our previous vet was totally fine, but our city has grown rapidly and we were longing for the old school vet style we were used to. Dr. Dean Anderson and his staff have been beyond accommodating to our little frenchie that we love so much and look forward to him taking care of our Labrador in the near future. If you are looking for state of the art, turn and burn style modern care, this place wouldn’t be a good fit. If you want personable, old school, family vibe, it’s the best. He really does care about his pets and it shows. We are beyond grateful to have found him and his great team. Looking forward to many great years together. Thank you 🙏 Greg and Derek

Grand Strand Animal Hospital has given our pets the best treatment. They are always kind, gentle, and happy to see our fur babies. From regular checkups to sick visits, they have gotten our pets in quickly and at a price that is affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!

We unfortunately had to put our cat, Stanley, down Tuesday. Dr. Anderson, Jillian, & Hannah all made our experience wonderful. They were all so compassionate and kind and made us feel at peace. Thank you all for making one of the worst days of our lives an easy process. We can’t wait to pick up our babies ashes next week. We are going to start taking our other cat here.

I have in the past had an excellent experience with them. Unfortunately, moved to NC and we had to get another vet. We are now back with our new baby and yesterday was our 3rd visit with Norman. It’s by far the best place I have ever taken my little family members. So thankful!
