We are so grateful to have found Vet to You. Dr. Gilchrist and his assistant are pure gems and our dog absolutely loves them. Dr. Gilchrist is extremely knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and honest. You can tell he has a true passion for his work. He takes plenty of time to answer your questions and explain things, and we fully trust his recommendations. Plus, having your vet visit your home where your pet is comfortable and relaxed vs. taking them to a vet office or hospital is much more enjoyable and beneficial. Better yet, Vet to You’s prices are super fair and a tremendous value.

Vet To You has been amazing! Dr. G. called me after hours right before his vacation to give me tips on how to save my cat with CKD, severe constipation, dehydration, anorexia, heart murmur, and anemia. I tried dozens of foods, wet and dry and she wouldn't eat anything. Dr G. told me about the only food that she will eat the first time we talked. I have continued to try new foods, and she won't eat anything else. He was able to get to us several days later, and she loved him. She isn't typically a fan of most men, but felt so comfortable when he sat next to her on the couch and examined her. He checks in on her even when I don't have a current appointment scheduled. This is SO much better than the vet's office, has comparable prices, and is so worth the travel fee for the comfort of my elderly pet, who gets severe anxiety going to the vet's office.

Several months ago I had contacted Gilchrist in hopes that he would be able to arrange a visit for my extremely sick dog . He did not offer any time to meet or have him come to my home which was my hope. My dog had gone several days without eating and he suggested to me to get him a "McDonald's" hamburger. This to my understanding is totally wrong to give a dog that has suspected pancreatitis. I had already had X-rays done and he offered to look them over and get back to me, which he did not. I was ready and willing to pay for his services but he completely blew me off. Very sad and unprofessional . Do not recommend.

Dr. Gilchrist and his staff are extremely courteous, responsive, and professional. My dog, a four year old rescue pit, had a growth on her side which continued to grow over a three week time span. Through a recommendation, I called Dr. Gilchrist and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, he and his associate, Alex, were kind and attentive to my concerns towards my pups situation. After a discussion, he gathered his opinion and recommended an ointment to which he believed would help. He was confident, but was also looking out for my pocket, considering a culture of the growth would have been more expensive. After a few weeks of consistent treatment, the growth has gone away, and her hair around the area has started to grow back. I recommend Dr. Gilchrist and his team to anyone with a beloved pet who wants and needs an honest/straightforward opinion. He is now our go to vet for our family pets!

I simply can't say enough about the care and compassion that is shown to our animals. We have four dogs spread out over three households that are taken care of by Dr. Gilchrist. I live in Tucson and happily make the drive to Scottsdale for his services.
