Seamless, from our concern to appointment & diagnosis, I’ve never seen our lady so comfortable in a veterinary hospital. Immensely grateful to have Mills seen by the “Best in Baltimore - Top Doc - Dr. Moulder”. BVC’s facility was clean & staff compassionate, professional, & provided clear communication of her diagnosis. They treated our girl like one of their own. We couldn’t of asked for more. The reviews don’t lie when they say the people here are super nice and caring! We took our kitty, Sammy today for a check up. It was our first time taking our cat to the vet and we were super nervous but Christal and Dr. Nancy Kauder were both so lovely. They were very nice to Sammy and great at explaining everything to us. We left feeling great and so glad we chose this place to take care of our cat 😊

The service was excellent! Everything went smoothly. The doctor and and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. With me being new to this community, I felt very comfortable working with them and asking questions. I highly recommend them.

I am consistently impressed and pleased with my experiences at Belvedere. Everything from the language they use when talking about/to my animals to how they interact with me is professional and demonstrates their values and compassion. The space is beautiful, the vets and techs are wonderful. They don't overcharge, and they communicate the costs of services so I can keep that in mind when considering my options. They share willingly and honestly whether or not something is elective versus recommend. I have full trust in Belvedere and nothing matters more to me than knowing my animals' care is in great hands.
