These people are truly amazing and caring folks, not only to the pets but to the owners that love them. Every employee i worked with over the course of a month of back and forth, nigh daily visits, were compassionate and sympathetic and put their all into trying to save my boy. They helped me find ways to afford further treatments even in my financial dire straits and helped me stay hopeful but realistic about his state; so I was ready when he ultimately didn't make it. But the fact they even kept him alive the first night was almost a miracle due to the nature of his incident. In the end, I got to spend another month with my baby thanks to them, and I could never repay the sheer love and effort they put in to give me that. Thank you, guys, with all my heart. ~Bojji's Owner

Worst experience I have ever had. I took my poor puppy in with what I thought, researched and had literally hundreds of people tell me, although they're not vets was an anal gland issue. They looked at it and immediately went into cancer and the woman who came in and handed me the $2000 estimate of work they wanted to perform was the most callous and uncaring person I think I've ever spoke to. Needless to say, with a second opinion, it was exactly an anal gland issue which was addressed for under $300, so I paid $195 to walk in the door and walk out in tears with absolutely nothing being done to relieve my poor puppy. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to in order to place this review. Beware!!

If you love your animal, take them elsewhere. This establishment is truly awful. My beloved service dog, Rex, was discharged to their care by another vet after a routine surgery. He was extremely healthy. He never came home. After billing me almost $10,000, I received a call that his heart had stopped. I was never told exactly what happened. To add insult to injury, they over billed me $1200 which took multiple phone calls to rectify.

Great friendly staff very caring and thorough. Literally saved my dogs life! He had an obstruction that had to be surgically removed from his stomach and in the process they found his spleen was about to rupture and kill him too so they removed it as well. Very thankful our boy gets to live a much longer life with us. He’s only six so hopefully he lives many more years. Thank you for saving our baby boy.

I brought our beloved 13 year old chihuahua, Arthur, in last night after 11:00, he was in the final stages of passing and webcould no longer keep him comfortable at home. The entire team was very responsive, kind, considerate and compassionate. His doctor was clear with all of the options on how to proceed, in whichever way we felt right with. I wish I could recall all of the team members names, because in my opinion, they all deserve a big hug and recognition for so kindly going above and beyond in such an incredibly sad and difficult time for us and our angel. Our baby passed in my arms, his doctor was so so kind and supportive. It meant the world to me and I thank you for your tenderness and exceptional bedside manner.

It's always nice to know there's professionals that care about your very much loved family member. My Parsons Jack Russell Terrier was having problems with being able to poop. She was in a lot of pain so I decided To call this location, they took us in immediately and looked at my little Goody Within a very short period of time. She had a very good experience and so did I. Everybody was very helpful and very kind And understanding From the time we checked in to the time goody was released. Its nice to know there's a place to go in your our time of need. Thanks guys.
