Love you guys. Dr. Mohalic won me over years ago when my first Bulldog Bella developed pneumonia at an older age. She stayed with her through the night and updated me hourly on her status because I was so worried. I was never so impressed and would trust no one else with my pups! Thank you for all you guys do! My heart was shattered last Monday, March 18th when my sweet dog (Lexi) passed away in my arms on the way to Pleasant Hills Pet Hospital. While my Lexi was not a patient of theirs, the young lady at the front desk took her from my arms, no questions asked, and rushed her to the back where the Vet confirmed she had passed. The Vet, I wish I knew her name, was so very kind and empathetic! She let my husband and I spend as much time with Lexi as we wanted. My girls, Lexi and Lilly, had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, March 19th at PHVH to establish care. I took Lilly, in for her check-up. Dr. Fruman, the veterinarian, and her vet tech were really good with her. Dr. Fruman took her time. We never felt rushed. She ran blood tests on Lilly and called me Friday evening at 9:30 pm with the results. The results were not great! Dr. Fruman spent time asking me more in-depth questions about Lilly’s behavior, habits, etc. She also took her time explaining things to me so we can take the steps necessary to get the best possible outcome for Lilly! I am very grateful to have found PHVH.

I would HIGHLY advise going elsewhere. This practice is very deceitful. I was told I needed to bring my cat in for repeat bloodwork to check his thyroid levels since starting a medication. They tried to charge me for a full blood count panel and a full “senior” checkup which is not what he needed, not what they asked if I wanted and not what I agreed to. When asked their response was “I asked if he was here for a checkup “ while I called you in the car. The appointment was made specifically for blood work. She either tried to be deceitful with her question or put me in the computer for an appointment that was incorrect with the coding. She had no clear answer as to why I was charged for a complete blood count vs a thyroid panel. I noticed when I got home that I was also still charged for the senior checkup which I shouldn’t have been. The other thing I realized was they did not deduct my $25 deposit that I previously put down for the visit. This practice falsely charges for things you don’t agree to, never made an appointment for and fails to properly track past deposits made. I will be contacting the BBB regarding money owed to me by this business
