My whole family has used Dr. Reilly for as long as I can remember. This vet cares so much for animals it is amazing. His daughter is also wonderful work this. We have been through everything with them, with all our pets, including peacefully placing pets down and I couldn't be more thankful to have such caring vets. Thank you for all the care you give to all our animals and all the hard work you do. We truly appreciate you all.

My family has been going there since the 1970’s. Dr. Reilly is like the Mr Roger’s of Veterinarians. The man clearly has a passion for animals. He combines some old school and the newest methods of treatment. Doesn’t mislead the animal’s human with anything unnecessary.His daughter, who is also a VMD, provided me a paper listing a variety of Giant brand wet cat food and other affordable brands that didn’t have grain or starchy vegetables in it. Instead of trying to sell me prescription diabetic cat food.

KAREN ALERT: I walked in the main entrance and spoke with an old lady and and soon as I had told her my cat Mulan would be a new patient her attitude completely changed. She made it her mission to make sure I knew they were not taking new patients. I gave Mulans symptoms (rash on her back) and she completely disregarded everything I said. In which case I then asked if there was anywhere else she could send me that I would not have to pay an arm and a leg just to have Mulan checked out. It almost seemed like she was mocking me and found it funny I would ask that question. She reluctantly gave me a list and I asked nicely if there was anyway they could just check Mulan out for me so I had a better idea of what was going on. Mind you they just opened and there wasn’t another car in the parking lot other than who they were seeing and myself. She proceeded to get rather rude and with attitude made it clear they were not taking new patients. I worked in customer care for 6 years and the way she carried herself is absolutely evidence that unless you are a current patient, or giving them money she doesn’t have any time or patience to speak to you. I am sure the doctor is amazing and all the reviews I read suggested that but I would avoid dealing with that old miserable woman at all costs.
