They are very busy, but well staffed and they actually answer the phone. They are crazy busy, but courteous and professional. Its worth an hour drive from Lake Havasu. They take great care of all the dogs and cats.

Best animal hospital I’ve been to! All of the staff was sweet and caring to my dog even though he was a grumpy butthead to them. I felt they actually cared. The price was very affordable as well. Highly recommend this place for your fur baby!

Jasper got a face full of cactus needles through his tongue, in the roof of his mouth, his legs and paws. Made an appointment first thing in the morning for 10:00 AM. So grateful they made time for us. They got every last needle. Very thorough, very professional, very kind and pleasant. Great staff, great care! A+ THANK YOU!!!

Yesterday, I had to put my 20 year old cat to sleep. It was a rough day for me. The staff is so friendly and caring! Ashley came into the room and explained everything. She was so professional and kind. She brought me a small glass bottle with Thomas hair inside. She also did a ear, nose & paw print for me. After everything was done, Ashley walked me through the back of the building, so I didn't have to walk through the lobby. Such nice & caring people that work there.

Had an emergency visit for Jax and the humane society staff were just as patient as they are effective. Our baby boy was lethargic and slowly & painfully passing some unknown items ingested. After seeing our vet tech and the magic of the doc he is back!!!The proof is in the turnaround in his energy,activities, and look! Blessings from the blessed, and I thank God for the rest.
