The vets and the techs at HSMC are so caring, both for the pet and the parent. They helped me with my dog's last illness and death, and were so accommodating on one of the hardest days there is -- sending a fur baby over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you all for such great care.

I don't know if the vet who was there before they moved to the new building is still there but Dr. Dowling was very dismissive & abrasive and phone staff is EXTREMELY rude. We paid $200 to be told what she "thinks" might be wrong with our cat and when we called back with questions they said they'd call back and never did. When we called back to inquire again, the very rude person who was answering the phone seemed annoyed and put out to have to answer my questions.

The injustice of charging $300.00 for being 4 minutes past cut off time is an injustice. I will not go back. I will not apologize. It was a older gentleman and his son. Look like they really couldn't afford it. The gentleman was already inside the building prior to 3:45 and there was no one at the counter. They told my husband I was rude when all I did was tell them firmly that it was an injustice and just plain wrong because the guy walked through the door prior to that time and I had a right to stand up them so. I'll say something else, the lady that came out to our vehicle to talk to my husband was very rude to us. She got mischiefs appointment mixed up with snuggles and said we were supposed to be there at 1:30. She was very very rude so it works both ways. It's not the first time they've been rude. As far as I was concerned wasn't rude. I was trying to tell you guys that the man was already in the room but your lady who works there got Pissed at me and would not listen. Not to mention the lady who was helping me when I asked her for copies of my dog's records didn't bother to tell me that they had to be transcribed and it wouldn't be ready for a couple of days she let me stand there for 10 minutes. I had to ask her how long it was going to take and that's when she told me the information. I think Rude goes both ways That lady vet forgot her humble beginnings. I will not go back unless it's my only option. If I'd a had my wallet I would have paid it for him. As far as I'm concerned you owe that man oa refund. P. S. Have a wonderful life.

Absolutely love the staff there, they have always treated my fur babies well and i appreciate them for always giving the best service possible 100000% recommend especially with their cheap prices

I called to check prices on euthanizing my fur baby (dog). They were so helpful, & had all the answers to my questions however, I was told it was cheaper to go through them & it wasn't. I ended up taking her to a location in Needles. I would've used their services had I 1. Lived closer to Kingman & 2. Had the money$. SSDI doesn't pay enough for life's stories like this. I would definitely recommend them tho.

Rude staff told my grand daughter that she could leave with her cat then call the police on her and said that the bill should be paid before 5:00 when she told them she needed payments they don't answer the phone for a non profit they are rude
