I switched to this Vet because the one I was in was not really helping me with my concerns. I took my cat in because he suddenly started acting different. Almost like he hurt himself. He wasn't able to walk, pick himself up, eat, drink or use the litter box. I thought this was the end as his regular Vet had no suggestions. I brought him here and they gave him some meds, they diagnosed him, started physical therapy and red light therapy. Gave him a prescribed diet. My cat has lost weight and is back to his normal self. He just turned 12 yesterday and I can't be more thankful for the entire staff. They cared and put so much attention into my cat. I truly want to thank them for saving my baby.

They were amazing! The Doctor was so nice and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. They got to the root of the problem. Everything went well and they did not overcharge me at all like some other vet's in melbourne. It is so hard to find a good vet, especially in a new city. I'm from Tampa and I have a vet there, but now this is my second vet at my second home. Pico is happy and healthy at 16 years old We have a vet in melbourne now!

I took my bunnies Lexie and Bella Storm to see Dr. Ferris for over a year. The front desk staff Eriqua and Jessica are so nice and helpful to me. The owner tried to work with me and was very friendly. Julia is an excellent and compassionate tech. they helped so much when my Lexie turned for the worse and had to cross over the rainbow bridge. I will always appreciate how well they treated me and my fur babies. I hope they will get another exotic vet soon. -delia

I visited true vets with my bearded dragon and I am 💯 impressed by the experience. Dr Barbosa conducted all examinations in the same room, allowing me to stay by my pet's side throughout and explained all issues that my bearded dragon was having but not only that the level of caring from the doctor and team was phenomenal. This will be 💯 my place to go with my other 2 bearded dragons 🌟🌟🌟

They are the best here. So kind and gentle. Coco is a nervous dog but she's getting used to the wonderful staff here. Coco claws grow so quickly and become tender, staff never judge just get her nails or shots done quickly. Short notice appointments. Thanks.

Top notch care, lovely facilities, caring staff. There are details and levels of care here that are hard to come by. Like foam flooring for animals with mobility issues, and human snacks for those emergency visits. The care rooms are large and comfortable, the examinations are always very thorough. I love the holistic care and treatment to help provide a longer and more comfortable life for our pets. They pick up on things that can and have been missed at other facilities. And the pricing is competitive and reasonable. Very thankful for trueVETS!
