This place is awful. The pets are in very tiny cages with a huge price tag. It was very sad . My kids were saddened by the wall of beta fish with very little water in those tiny bowls. Approx 5 dead and10 close to it. This place should be shut down. Maybe it's just a beta but that is sick. About 15 small mice in a 10 or 15 gallon tank. They have an overwhelming stock of things they likely will not sell. I think it was 50percent off tarantulas which they had about 10 of marked at over $ 100 apiece . This place and all places like it are a disgrace. Bring your pets to a real groomer. Find a real dog trainer not some high school kids. Shut places such as this down. They do not deserve to be licensed and operating.

Great place staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful prices were great selection was good also everyone 9f the staff was super helpful and took their time to help out they special ordered us a sun conure and they kept us updated on the status even knowing we were 3 hrs away and the bird came in earlier then expected Sarah and Steven were super helpful as was everyone else

I was looking for a lotion or something for the underside of my dogs ears. His ears are rough,like dry hands kind of. I ask a clerk. He kept wanting to give me drops for dogs ears. Not what I need I told him. Ask if I could talk to someone from grooming?? You would think someone who grooms dogs would know what to use. Right? NOT! She told me since she was not a vet, she could not recommend any products for the ears. WHAT! Well turns out, on my own I found a great location for the underside of my dogs ears. The roughness was gone literally in a days time. I am not a vet, but if your dog has dry skin on the underside of it's ears. This is the product I used. And it worked in a day. I know it says nose and paw balm. But a little dab will do ya. A little goes a long way. I love it.

I went here to buy my parakeets, twice and the staff were wonderful! They know what’s good for the pets and always warn you which is a good thing! I love it there
