This was a life saver. Last minute trip to Sea world and found out about the pet care center. Very easy process, low cost. the kennel was clean, staff very friendly and I was able to bring whatever was needed to make my pup comfortable. Note: call ahead of checking on your pet and checking out to give staff member time to meet you there.

Always waiting 20-30 minutes to get my dog, as an employee this is very frustrating especially when I am on break and need to walk my dog, they say 5 minutes and are gone for over 30
