Joining in with Kate's review, I have 2 Elkhounds at home, and my latest was from a rescue organization. You're doing great work just by existing and giving visibility to this amazing, loyal, silly, intelligent breed. My elkhounds have given me some of the best memories of my life.

Jack rated this organization with only 1 star despite knowing nothing about you. It makes sense for me to cancel out his rating that was based on … nothing. At least I know the breed, but I am now a Siberian Husky and Alaskan Malamute aficionado, and Elkhounds now look muscle-bound to me, in comparison. I’ve switched my loyalty to singing, talking, and devilishly challenging dogs- who also cover me with dog hair. Breed rescues are so crucial for the dogs and for anyone who has to go through the heartbreak of surrendering one.
