First visit with Hidden Hills. We found them while searching for a vet to treat hamsters. My son’s hamster had a large growth on side of head and found out it was cancer. Dr. Parker is absolutely an Angel. She and the staff was very kind and compassionate to us due to the decision of having the little sweetie to be put to sleep. I highly recommend them for the care of any type of gerbil. Thank you staff for your care during this sad visit. RIP Lil Winter

We’ve been taking our pets to hidden hills for over 20 years. However recently our dog got very sick with a respiratory illness after being boarded there and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Hidden hills told us he couldn’t been seen for over a week. He soon after passed away. Hidden hills is good for routine visits but if your pet is sick and needs to be seen soon, don’t count on hidden hills. Place your trust in a vet elsewhere.

They take very great care of our senior dog and middle-aged dog. Our senior dog has skin sensitivity issues and his hair is finally starting to grow back from his scratching. And our other dog hurt his back somehow and could barely walk. We took him in and the doctor stretched his back and legs out and he's back to normal. No unnecessary tests. They don't like doing stuff unless it's truly needed. We love that! Very happy with HHAH.

My little girl was diagnosed with IBD back in April. I was referred to the specialist and she have been in treatment since. Yesterday she started to get sick with the same symptoms so I called the specialist for a consultation.. no one was available to talk to me and i was supposed to get a call back. Today I called back but same thing! My baby was in so much pain could hardly walk so I call Hidden Hills and they were willing to help us… got a same day appointment I even got to talk on the phone with Doctor Parker right away.. she was awesome and caring! I took my baby there right away and now she’s good on the way to recovery! Thank you so much I have no worlds to express how thankful I am ! You guys are the Best!! After 6 years going from Vet to Vet finally I found the very BEST IN TOWN ! Hidden Hills !!
