I brought my kitty to PURE after she ingested a shoelace (🤦🏼‍♀️) and was having symptoms of an obstruction. I had an amazing experience with everyone who works here from the first person I spoke to on the phone who helped calm me down, the front desk, all the nurses/techs, and Dr. Garcia. The doctor is truly one of a kind as he cares so much about the animals but also the parents and honesty / transparency with the entire process and costs. He just wants the best for his patients and it shows. I truly cannot thank the team enough for sending me updates/pictures on how my baby was doing while I was at work and couldn’t be there with her. Hopefully I never need emergency care for my kitty again, but if I do I will definitely be taking her back to PURE.

My Labrador was bitten by a snake and when I arrived they immediately took him back to evaluate if possibly poisonous. They determined it was and started treatment. Dr Garcia was fabulous. He explained the treatment, kept us informed as our dog had to stay overnight. The team was super friendly and responsive whenever I called for updates. Super happy I know they are there if I ever need them again in the future.

Dr. Neishaus and his team were nothing short of extraordinary when we had to bring our cat, Artie, in for emergency surgery to remove a foreign body from his stomach and intestines. We had been working with our primary vet all day trying to figure out what was wrong with him and as soon as his x-rays came back, we were sent right over to PURE so he could have surgery immediately. Stephanie was fantastic getting us checked in & going over all the paperwork with us as well as making sure we were updated every step of the way as our baby was prepped for surgery, the doctor arrived, the surgery was started, and then as soon as it was completed. We were able to wait in the waiting room the whole time which was very comfortable. Everything was done in less than 2 hours to our relief. Artie stayed overnight for monitoring and we received text updates from the team caring for him with pictures and more reassurance so we weren't worrying through the night and next morning about his status. Kate and Analise were so understanding and personable and I appreciated their texts immensely! We were able to pick our cat up the next day and discharge was quick and easy. Artie is doing phenomenal after his surgery and was back to himself again as soon as we got him back. We could not be more grateful to PURE for saving his little life. If we ever need emergency services again, we will absolutely be coming back to PURE!

We just cannot thank the staff and vets at PURE. Our little dog Remi got very sick, very fast and it was found he was bleeding internally. If it wasn’t for the quick actions of team here he would have died within hours. He was taken into surgery right away and every care was taken with him. They are simply brilliant, everything was explained so well and in detail and the care and attention he got was amazing. We got regular text updates and photos to show us he was safe and comfortable. We have our Remi with us today because of them and I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dr. Garcia from my local vet to help determine the cause of my 12 year old dog’s symptoms. All of our blood work and X-rays came back normal, so we suspected something severe was going on. He was able to perform an abdominal ultrasound and we discovered what we feared; cancer. I was completely thankful for his expertise, knowledge, compassion, and willingness to take the time to explain everything to us. I would definitely recommend PURE to any pet owner needing professional veterinary services.

Everyone here was absolutely fantastic. My pup went in for possible pancreas issues diagnosed by another vet during the day. Everyone was very concerned and caring both for my wallet and the pup but would not react till they did their own study. Come to find out the other vet was wrong and Dr. Garcia got us in and out and diagnosed correctly. Our vet tech ( I forgot her name sorry! ) was absolutely wonderful and a bundle of knowledge and joy with bingo and I the whole night. Highly recommend this place for anything involving your animals. All the conversations heard through out the facility you can really tell everyone just cares about the animals and wants to get to the answer with out absolutely destroying everyone’s wallet.
