I had a great experience from the time I booked my pups grooming appointment to when I picked him up. The staff was so kind (I’ve had some really terrible recent experiences so this was refreshing!) and helpful! Jen did a PERFECT job on my 7 month old rowdy golden doodle! He’s a bit of a handful so I was extremely impressed when I picked him up and saw what a beautiful job she did on him! Super cute teddy bear cut. Cost was very reasonable especially compared to others. Thank you all for making this a good experience all the way around!

I told so many people about how great this place was after having a wonderful experience the first time. So when I recently wound up in the hospital, I had my dog and other cat boarded there. I also ordered an exam and shots for both since they were due soon, and to ensure that my dog would get to interact and play once he was cleared as safe and met requirements. I told them that, they agreed, so I fully expected my dog would get social time and interaction. To my surprise, when I picked them up i noticed my dog didn’t behave like he normally does upon seeing me. His head was down and he seemed confused, distracted, and not his alert, happy, obedient self. Plus, he’s never not been excited to see me. They both seemed traumatized, but then again, so was I. My cat was a hard read since she acts as if she’s being kidnapped and tortured anytime she has to leave the house anyway. We’d all had a rough couple of weeks, but my boy had clearly been under stress and never given an opportunity to adapt to a happy, interactive environment like the one I thought I’d chosen for him, or what they present it to be. When we got home, he was completely lifeless and ill for at least 2 days before his energy slowly returned. He’s only three! I never said anything because I was just glad to have us all home. I assumed it was due to side effects from the shots. That would be the best case scenario, but that just means they waited until they knew I was coming to pick my babies up to administer his shots last minute instead of soon after arrival. He definitely got no social time or interaction for that entire week in a strange place. He’s never been kenneled. He felt better after 2-3 days being home but honestly hasn’t been 100% ever since. I’m taking him to see another vet today for what I hope is a seperate issue and not something serious. Regardless, he should’ve come out of there as the same young, healthy dog he was before he went in. I’ll never trust them with my animals ever again.

I took my 7 months old pup, Birdie, here for months for doggy daycare and had an absolutely amazing experience with the vets. I then brought him in for a bath and nail trim, he had a nail trim previously and everything went great. This time when I brought him home, it was as if I brought home a completely different animal. He was afraid of the car, terrified of his crate and full of an anxiety. It’s been over two weeks and we’re still having behavioral issues after his last visit. When I called to give feedback regarding the groomer, and what was happening with my boy I was informed that that groomer no longer worked there. I’ve been waiting on a callback from Antonio, the general manager, for five days. He was supposed to be reviewing the footage, sending it to me and giving me a call regarding Birdies visit. I have followed up several times with no response, and would love to hear from the owners of this business at this point. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this situation.

My baby went in 10 days ago for a spay and tooth removal, and she died today. They are under going the investigation process of the cause of death, however whatever they find will not bring my baby back. I spent over $800 on these surgeries thinking this would help my pets quality of life, but now I’m just left broken hearted and alone.

I heard such great things about this place and really wanted to like it, but I have had nothing but problems with them. Their communication is horrible - the right hand never knows what the left is doing. I have 2 dogs that I have been taking there and every visit there are issues. While everyone is super nice, they never get prescriptions correct (i.e., type, dosage, quantity), they never submit the prescriptions to the correct pharmacy despite us telling them several times which pharmacy we use, they have mixed up one of our dogs' records with other dogs and owners on two different occasions, they still have the wrong spelling of our dogs' names and dates of birth despite us correcting it several times, we have never spoken with the same vet twice, and we always get conflicting advice from the vets. I have lost trust in them and am currently looking for a new vet.

My dogs and I have been customers with them for 13 years. Vet visits, countless daycare days, bordering them when we go out of town, but within the last couple years ever since they got bought out the service had gone way down hill. My dogs pretty much get sick every time they go. Just there yesterday and my pup was fine. Next day he had the Hershey squirts and was throwing up everywhere. They don’t take responsibility for anything. they won’t “investigate”. it seems the left-hand doesn’t know what the Right Hand is doing anymore. Sad days.
