I bring my older chihuahua mix dog here to cut and file her nails for under $20. Lori is an awesome groomer and great with my dog. She is the only person my dog trusts and let's get near her at all. I have been a satisfied customer for atleast 5 years now. Highly recommend!!!

They were amazing with my Jeff (2022), and AMAZING with my Momo (Jan. 2024) for end of life. They are difficult to get in to see for sick fur babies because they are so busy, but otherwise, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

The people were nice and friendly and responsive when we emailed them for our pets test results however we emailed them for the results because we have not heard back from the vet in over a week and our pet is not feeling well. We went in on a Friday and called the following Monday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon, and again Friday morning trying to find out what the results of the tests were and what we needed to do for our ailing pet. There was no call back just a we'll put a note for the vet to call you. We stopped in that Friday afternoon (one week after the initial visit) and got some info from the relief vet but still not treatment. Just that they'll put a note to have the vet call you. That Saturday morning we emailed for a copy of the test results which were promptly emailed to us (thank you!) and proceeded to find another vet since we have not heard from this one. Still no call but no need at this point as we are getting our pet treatment elsewhere now. I would have let them know if they had called. A lot of the reviews are great and the people were really friendly so we're not sure if this is a unique situation where we just fell through the cracks or not but it has been a fairly stressful time and caused delays in getting treatment.

I have been going here for just under 4 years now and my dogs love the doctor and the staff. They are friendly, professional, and courteous. Taking our furbabies to the vet is always expensive, but I have found the prices for the exams, different tests, xrays, ultrasounds, getting nails done, all that good stuff to be very reasonable and on the lower cost of the spectrum. If this area is nearby and you are a pet owner, I highly recommend them, definitely worth a shot and then an informed decision can be made from your own experience and encounter

So I have heard great things about this place but my personal experience is not good! I have called on several occasions and no one answers. I have left voice mails and no one has ever returned my call! Customer service is everything and they just don’t have it! My precious poochies will be going elsewhere to say the least!

I feel as though this place is not upfront with their pricing. We called to ask how much it would be for our cat to get his teeth cleaned and were given a quote of about $295 dollars. Well… we dropped him off and when we picked him up they charged us $466 dollars. They did not include the price of an antibiotic that was MANDATORY for this service nor did they include the price of dental x rays that was also MANDATORY for this exam. So if something is mandatory in order to get his teeth cleaned why would you not include that in the quote you gave us?? We will never go back. Horrible customer service and hidden fees they “forget” to tell you about.
