This place has everything. And I do mean everything. Gravel was the cheapest I've found.the girl working there literally stood by me and answered all my stupid questions ❤️🤣 I drove from Georgia . Sad part is. Every crab I bought from there died within a few days. But I will go back for tank items. Just not critters.

I recently visited the Pet Supermarket to purchase supplies for my dog. While I understand that it is the staff's responsibility to assist customers, I was met with an overwhelming sense of discomfort from the moment I entered the store. Every employee I encountered appeared to be miserable. Their faces were devoid of any enthusiasm or friendliness, giving the impression that they were being held hostage. The atmosphere was so oppressive that it made me feel uneasy. One employee in particular, an older man with gray hair, (I did not care to learn his name) had a particularly unsettling presence. He had an erratic demeanor that left me feeling unsafe. He would frequently yell in excitement, even when simply responding to questions. This behavior was incredibly startling. To my dismay, the employee also encouraged other staff members to engage in harassing behavior towards customers. He would pressurize his coworkers into not taking no for an answer, even when it was clear that the customer was uncomfortable. This unprofessional attitude created a hostile environment where customers felt pressured and disrespected. Despite the discomfort I felt, there was one shining star in the midst of this gloomy establishment: Madison. Although she seemed visibly unhappy, she provided exceptional customer service. She patiently assisted me in finding the items I needed and demonstrated a level of professionalism that belied her apparent misery. I believe she deserves recognition for her efforts. Overall, my shopping experience at Pet Supermarket was far from enjoyable. The negative energy and discomfort I encountered overshadowed the otherwise helpful assistance provided by Madison. I am concerned about the well-being of the staff, and I feel that the store's management needs to address the issues that are creating this type of work environment. I would strongly consider exploring alternative pet supply stores in the future to avoid the anxiety-inducing atmosphere that pervades this particular location

Staff is super friendly and helpful. My cat Lily, loves going with me. Everyone makes us feel super welcomed there. I love that every time we come in they know who she is immediately.

Online stock items are not accurate. Drove to multiple locations across the city to discover needed items NOT IN STOCK when it clearly stated on the store site that the items were available. Will not recommend or visit store chain for any future needs.

The prices are very high here compared to other chains and online retailers, but the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and kind. I take my dogs here for socialization and treats, but if you just need dog food or basic supplies I'd recommend other retailers based in cost alone.

Not sure of the employees name but it would be nice if she didn’t attempt to grab and pet our dog who clearly doesn’t like to be smothered by strangers. This has happened twice now. For someone who claims to be the dog trainer there they sure don’t know how to approach an anxious dog. Thanks for making matters worse for him.
