Everyone here did such an amazing job and were so kind. Excellent communication before and after my cat got spayed, they provided all the necessary care information and answered any questions I had. Amazing prices for the services provided, especially in the Omaha area and the terrific customer service is such a bonus! Thanks to their care, Alice is doing great (despite not being a fan of the cone)

Awesome customer service and great animal care for a very affordable price. Our cat BB had chronic ear infections for over a year, leading us to move forward with TECA. BB is a little over a month post-op and doing so good. 1st picture is BB the day out of surgery, second picture is about a month later. GS was frequently checking in and asking how he was doing, very happy with the outcome.

I'm blessed that they could get my boy in earlier than June. Thank God someone canceled their appointment. His poor teeth were in real bad shape. They took great care of my scout did a nice job explaining all that happened to him and what to expect and what to pay attention for. Again thank all of you that helped scout on probably one of his worst days. Highly recommended this place. For cost they are very reasonable.

They performed a total ear ablation for my cocker spaniel. The surgery here in Tulsa was quoted to me for $4400-5300. I couldn’t afford it. When I found Good Sam, it was $930! I loved their commitment to stopping what they call economical euthanasia. We drove from Tulsa to Omaha and booked a room for two nights. My pup did so well. I requested a collar, 3 meds were included. The total charge was $942. Even with travel and hotel charges, I saved so much money. They called to check on Celeste and even gave advice by requesting that I text them a picture. I highly recommended them!

We paid about $600 to have our dogs teeth cleaned, plus an additional $250 just for another place to look at him & give him some medicine until he could get in here which took a long time to get in, in which they came up with numerous teeth that needed extracted. Nothing was verified with me before taking any teeth out. This was a huge ordeal for the dog and us and very stressful. We asked for more pain medicines and was told he would need additional blood tests etc & an even extra cost. Not even 4 or 5 months later, the dog is having more pain & suffering from the same issues as before we took him here. He is grouchy & snappy & this is my service dog. We can't afford another $600 to do this again as we have never gotten our other dog's teeth done yet since this ordeal didn't seem to fully fix the issues for the dog we had work done on. Our dog also had a long piece of stitch hanging out of his mouth for a long time after this surgery was done and wouldn't let anyone touch his mouth. A few months later he starting drooling, snapping and being irritated and cranky when before he was the best dog ever. One would of thought for that kind of money, & I brush their teeth all the time, that this wouldn't be happening.

what a great place!! I was soo nervous but they text me throughout the day letting me know how she was doing. They also just did a follow up ( 4 days after) to see how everything was going. I am very impressed!! High recommend!
