Dr. Brett is amazing. He truly cares about animals and doesn’t see them as pets but a part of the family. His bedside manner is excellent and his knowledge is extensive. Highly recommend!

They all care for the different pets that visit. Whether they are sick or they need a MANI-PEDI, aka getting their nails trimmed, they know what to do, even if they cut too close (personal experience). Now, Dr. Brett knows his stuff, and I trust him with my cat. He's friendly, listens to everything that is happening with your pet, and he knows his stuff. As we all know, medication is different for everyone. Sometimes, it works, and other times, you just have to keep trying until you find the one that works. (Again, personal experience). We all learn something while we are there, even the 4 legged pets or even ones that only have 3. And all the pets are so cute, too. I've had my cat for almost 3 years. She was a rescue cat. I'm glad I was referred to Dr. Brett by my friend and my daughter! He's the best, and so is his crew!

Stay away from this place. They did exam on my cat and charged me for X-ray for her and said that she is pregnant and almost ready for her kittens…I was preparing and bought so many stuff. But in the end it wasn’t any pregnancy, she just got a little bit of belly fat)

This establishment has horrible customer service. Some of the most ghetto people working there I’ve ever seen. It’s also disgusting, I couldn’t believe there was dead roaches in multiple locations and visible filth on most surfaces. Please for the love of god do not take your animals here. Well maybe take them if you want them to be mistreated or misdiagnosed. That’s what happened in my case. Misdiagnosed my cat with kidney issues to get more money out of me by upselling their medication and not writing me a prescription to shop at other medication providers. I got a couple more opinions from other vets about my cat and he didn’t have kidney issues. Very immoral people.

If you own a cat. STAY AWAY from this establishment. My inexperience led me to believe this was a good service they provided, but I quickly realised they were just terribly staffed. They are unclear about their polices, and push you towards surgery even if it’s not in your pets best interest. They are extremely rude and make you feel like they are being forced to take care of your pet. They also denied me buying any food for my cat from their establishment and quote on quote said “your cat is fired”. One thing is to have your differences with someone, but to deny prescription food for your sickly cat which you have only been able to get from them is horrendous and should be reported.
