I honestly cannot say enough about great this company is to work with! They are so professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is absolutely stellar! Beginning to end, they made the process both convenient and affordable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and co-workers! Thanks Matt and Steve, you guys are the best!!

If I could give more stars I would! Matt went out of his way to come out on Thanksgiving to not only remove a wild raccoon out of my home, he also went through every inch of our basement and attic to figure out where they were getting in! The other two very well known companies didn't even mention doing anything like that to ensure we wouldn't have the issue again! This company makes sure the job is actually done! They don't just collect a check and then on to the next. Matt and the owner made multiple follow up calls and came out one more time to make sure we were all set for the up coming winter months. I will recommend Matt and this company to everyone I know that needs this kind of assistance with wildlife entering their homes! Their prices are comperable even cheaper than a few companies that were highly recommend.

We had a skunk under our deck that had made a home for himself. It sprayed and consequently smelled up our entire first floor. Matt came out, found the spot immediately and set the trap. Caught the skunk that night and Matt came out next day to remove it. Matt was great suggesting we keep the trap a few more days to make sure there weren’t any more in there. Thankfully no more skunks so Matt came back deodorized and remediated the hole. He also discussed larger scale remediation in the future to secure our deck to keep this from happening again. He had great ideas. Was quick to respond to my texts also. Would not hesitate to call them again although I certainly don’t want to have to ! Highly recommend

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS COMPANY!!!!  Steve came out and inspected our house for a mouse problem we were having in 2020. He gave us an estimate for $1300 to seal up our house and prevent the mice. I agreed and felt confident because of their "guarantee" they're supposed to have. In other reviews you can see where they've responded to other people about how part of their cost is because they aren't just addressing the issue in the moment, they are there to "permanently solve" the issue. So the seal up was done (which consisted of him spending about 30 minutes putting caulk around the house), and the mice slowed down, but never stopped. I contacted Steve after a two months and he told me it takes time. We are now 3 years later. The mice have never stopped and are getting out of control again in our attic and walls. I thought to myself, why am I dealing with this still? This company is so proud of their work have a guarantee! I contacted Steve again, he came out, and then tells me it would be another $1500 to finish sealing up the house.  What??? I asked what happened to their guarantee, and he told me that he only did a "partial" job in 2020!! A partial job was NEVER discussed. He said that some people can't afford the full price and opt to do partial jobs.  Cost was never an issue for us, and we were never presented with what a full job would have been. I guess he determined himself what we could afford. He said that we now need to seal up the one side of our house along the foundation . Why was that issue not presented to us back in 2020? Our foundation is the same now as it was back in 2020. Why was this "partial" job not discussed when I contacted you two months after the seal and told you we still had mice?  Are your inspections not thorough?  Everything should have been addressed and discussed in the first visit and estimate. We were lead to believe he was taking care of everything.  Then his argument changed because he said he wasn't the owner of the company back then. Regardless of who owned the company, Steve is the one who did the inspection, estimate, and the work. He refuses to acknowledge that his inspection was not thorough, and he didn't present the job properly. He only has excuses. Also, while trying to discuss this with him, he is not a pleasant person. At one point I told him I was done going back and forth with him (it was obvious he didn't care), and I would just leave a review warning other people. It was then that he offered to do a portion of the new estimate for free if I agreed to never contact him again and not leave a review. At this point I'm so upset with how this entire situation was handled, I don't want this man back at my house. My goal wasn't to get free work. Mistakes can happen - own them. I can respect honesty and work something out to resolve things. I felt taken advantage of, and treated like I was an idiot. I rejected his offer to do any additional work on my home, and I will find another company. So if you're reading some of the older, great reviews like I originally did to pick this company, just know it's not the same owner now. Steve is now the owner.. Have fun dealing with him if there are any issues that need to be resolved from his lack of care in estimates and communication around the work you're receiving.  I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your pest control needs.

We really appreciate the professional care and expertise we received in diagnosing and solving the critter problem in our attic. Matt was fantastic! Super fast and great communicator. We highly recommend them!

I'm so glad I contacted Nuisance Animal Removal. Matt was reliable each time I told him a raccoon was in the trapped. I had a family in between attic/ house. He gave me knowledge about the problem I was having, and he was very professional and nice.
