Have bright my pets here since I was a kid now that I live on my own and have a dog I bright him here for his shots. I also bright him 9/14/24 cause he had a cough Dr Kendrick was wonderful and genuine also the medical assistant Lisa was gentle and handled my dog with care thank you for all that you guys do
Disclaimer: you will ALWAYS have a long wait here unless your dog is dying. If you go into your appointment knowing that, you will not be disappointed. That deducted one star. Their phone lines also usually have very long hold times. However, you will not find better care for a better price. Dr Kendrick is so skilled and knowledgeable. They never try to upsell. They are always honest. Sometimes the staff seems a little curt, but they are always super busy and never rude. You will never have to wait more than a day or two for an appointment when you need it. This leads to the longer wait times in office. If you have more money to spend for less wait times and the same quality of care elsewhere then more power to you, but if you want top quality care for a reasonable price then you'll have to deal with the wait times here because they are worth it. Also, the office is one of the cleanest I've ever been in and I've been to dozens of vet offices.
I really like this place. The staff is very polite and professional. They treated my Dog like family. I was able to show up early, right after opening, and was able to get a walk-in check up for my dog. I had called around and most vets don’t take walk-ins. I feel the price was fair for the quality of service. Some Vets are charging way too much, and because of that a lot of people can’t afford to take care of their pets needs. This place is fair. Most vets are booked up weeks ahead, so don’t wait until the last min to make an appointment. Please be polite to the staff, they seem to be doing the best they can with an overwhelming amount of clients.
I regret coming to this place the staff in the front ignore you. You could be standing for 30 mins before someone actually communicates with you and I was in front of the line. They charge me so much money for my dogs surgery (to have a lump/ mass removel) So that 2 weeks later my dog can have a limp so I informed them of this in her follow up appointment. Ohh and I asked the doctor that I notice she has another lump by where she had her surgery "that how could that be didn't she have that remove I asked".....and all he said was " ohh that's a good question" and he also informed me I needed to pay for x-rays to find out why she had limp...( Noted I had already payed for x-rays and blood work before the surgery)...I told them I don't have money for the x-rays that I would have to come back. Two days later my dog can't get up when she tries she falls. Now I even have to carry her outside and stand her up so she can go to the restroom and I also have to lift her up so she can eat.
Good luck with this center. I've come multiple times and every time there's a problem. Last year I checked in sat there and waited and waited and waited. They didn't pull the file so potentially I would have never gotten seen for the dog. And they tried making me feel like it was my fault. My dog already has a prescription and yet I cannot just go in and buy the medicine without an appointment, okay so let me sign up to make an appointment. No they're too busy and I can't be added to the list. I'm told to come back later to be put on the list, what time is later? On multiple visits the desk staff always gives information, only to be corrected it's wrong by a different staff. I'm done with this place.
I would give them a 3 because I was missed Informed about my puppy completing his vaccines. The last time I took my puppy in the receptionist said he was all good to go, no appointment needed plus they would usually write on the receipt an estimate day you could bring your puppy for the next round of vaccines and they never did. I called to ask for a record of his vaccines since I plan to take my puppy to Mexico with me on a trip and she then tells me he has not completed his vaccines! I was in shock!!!! I spend so much time, money and waiting for my pup to be seen, time off of work! For them to tell me I have to restart all vaccines again! Plus this is going to coast me again. It makes me sad because other than this issue everyone there is super nice and sweet to my puppy. Just the fact that I need to pay to repeat all vaccines again is frustrating. It would have been nice if the girl that answered the call apologized and said you might have been misinformed, she went on to say I have to repeat all vaccines and starts telling me prices, that annoyed me.
