Took my Lab in for her first professional groom today. They was so nice. Went into detail about questions I had. They bathed her and trimmed her nails. When I picked her up she was so excited and she smelled so good. Her coat looked so clean and was soft. They also added a pink bandanna. The lady that groomed even said Sky did really good.

Took my very anxious elderly dog today to have his nails trimmed. He doesn’t let anyone touch his feet. The ladies in there were AMAZING!!! They were very good with him and very understanding. It took a few of them to calm him while another trimmed his nails. We will definitely be going back here!! Thank you ladies!!!!!

I had made an appointment for my dog and the day of the cut he started walking with a limp so I called and canceled. I called a couple weeks later to make another appointment and they said they weren't able to accept new clients and couldn't make an appointment. They recommended I call Petsmart. I mean it kinda blew my mind for a few reasons! 1. It's a local small dog grooming business in a small town so how would it be smart to turn away any business what so ever. 2. You're telling me there are so many people in this town coming to get their dogs hair cut and so often that you can't take on anyone who hasn't been there before? I would have to say I will never call this place again for any dog needs or recommend anyone here.

First time here, from the phone call to the time I walk through the door I felt like this is the place for my dog. He had a good scrubbing bath and a nail trim they did an excellent job. They are all very complimentary about my dog and you could tell they cared about what they were doing. I will continue to make future appointments here. Thank you so very much for taking care of my Great Dane Archie.
