This place is filled with the sweetest souls. Our regular vet was closed for the day & my Allie had become very sick. Not only did I walk into their office hoping to be seen, they went above & beyond to give her the necessary treatment & quickly even though they were fully booked. Although our day ended with sadness having to put my sweet Allie down, the amount of overwhelming compassion, comfort & love we received left me speechless. Dr. Pike, to say I truly love & appreciate this magical woman would be an understatement. She sat in the floor with me while telling my sweet girl goodbye, petting her & telling her how much of a good girl she was. Addison at the front desk came out to my car whenever I was leaving to give me a big bear hug & told me to visit or call if I needed anything while we cried together. I wish I'd gotten the other sweet ladies names that were incredibly helpful carrying my girl inside. This business may be a clinic but they're also a wonderful family. I received my Allie Bug back today & the gorgeous urn that holds her. The card everyone signed along with her paw print melted my heart (& of course made me sob uncontrollably) Y'all made the most difficult day of my life a bit easier simply by being you. Not only did my girl know she was extremely loved by me for 12 years but in the few short hours we were there, she knew y'all loved her just as much. 🖤

The staff and passion they have at Bear Creek is unmatched. I used them 4 years ago for surgery and they worked with me to make it affordable. Simply because they aren't in it for money, they genuinely care about their patients. I've moved states and in a time of crisis they were willing to assist me get care for my dog. Sadly she crossed the rainbow bridge but they sent their condolences by email. Then today this amazing card showed up in the mail that the whole staff had signed. I can't recommend them enough.

Bear Creek staff and doctors are awesome. I love how they treat my dogs and sit on the floor on their level to do an exam. Lexi is much more nervous about going than Lukie is, but they understand her and always treat both of them so well. I'm so glad we found Bear Creek and can feel great about the services they provide.

i am a dog lover and being so having a good vet is important to me.. with that comment brings me to Boo i was given this puppy thinking she was happy and healthy and she was not she was anemic would not eat dehydrated and has a heart murmur she was lethargic and being ate up by worms … i took her to Bear Creek where the rest of my dogs go and it was a scary conversation to say the least after following the advice and instructions of the vet well let’s just say she’s done a complete 360 she is playful she has color and she is what a puppy should be healthy happy and into everything!!! These women are amazing and if you don’t have a vet you should call them!!

They have been a great change from our other town vet. They went above and beyond when we had our boxer pass. From ice cream to paw prints and sympathy cards. They really handle them like part of your family. I highly recommend.

Bear Creek Veterinary is a top notch facility with great staff! You will find a nice, co.fortable facility when you arrive. The staff are what make this business exceptional! They are friendly and helpful. You should seriously consider Bear Creek for your pet veterinarian needs! Enjoy!
