I just called just to ask if they take in cats or anything and the lady I spoke to was extremely short with me and very rude, she suggested other places but was just rambling so I couldn’t get the names down, I asked her to repeat the names and she had an attitude. Please get someone with customer service skills on your phones

The workers are kind. They never look down on you, because they understand your in need. This is a wonderful place for help. Im sure without them, alot of people let the animals out the door, or to a shelter. My cat was lost in a terrible fire. They did whatever the could to help me, just to see if he made. My baby didn't make it. Im forever greatful for all they do!!!!
