They mostly take care of cas and rabbits but I had a chinchilla. His name was Monkey, so it was a bit humorous to call about a Monkey when they don't take Monkies Dr. Savor loved my little man so much as did the team. Sadly he passed away in their "home" due to a condition beyond their control. I miss him so much. Monkey was in their care for 10 years for exams and check ups. I would recommend C&C to anyone and everyone for the best health care and love of their furry family. The office is beautiful, so clean and so calm..As I sit here writing this review, crying, I will miss them so much and wish them all the best. Monkey may not be here, but he will always be with them.

This place is the cat's pajamas! Dr Campbell is Sooo great! Most Vets know a lot about dogs. They are experts in 🐈 and 🐇. They are pricey but well worth the expertise, thorough exams, and the time they give their patients (wish they did humans 😆) Go for annual check ups takes a few months for an appointment for my furry kids 🐺🐈🐈‍⬛

Dr Saver and Dr Campbell are the best! They are warm and compassionate veterinarians. I have taken my rabbit and guinea pigs to them over the years and am truly satisfied with the care my pets received. Their professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Catnip and Carrots. Mary Fitzpatrick

Last March I Adopted 2 - 10 year old oriental shorthairs from Beth Stern. Beginning of August Merlin had the tooth problem- was making strange faces and noises. Waited for Friday 8/16 - 2 weeks ago Saver couldn’t get in to his mouth and said have Dr Campbell - she’s better with teeth to take a look and X-ray Call On Monday called cb Tuesday called - no appt till mid October - explained just want X-ray etc mid October any kind of dental - instead gave me VMCLI dental - in Islip - 8/29 yesterday - Merlin has one tooth left - his canine - Vmcli and 600 later - I am shown his broken tooth under gum all red and swollen on one side and his canine on other side should prob come out too - and must wait until asthma under control - and cal dr. Saver for new asthma meds. Now Merlin still in pain. Take blood, make appt for X-ray in 2 weeks and send me home. Back to square one. With a cat in pain. I call your office and am treated rudely as now I cannot get appt with you for mid November and it all hinges on my 50 deposit. Treat long time patients - my family - dad sister daughter - multiple cats 20 + years So I call the cat dr. And they are so pleasant on the phone And I guess they are my new vet. Appointment Tuesday Sept 10 for consultation- square one.

First impression walking in I felt confident and comfortable about coming to this place. From the doctors, to the staff, everyone is friendly there. Took my bunny Ruby for an emergency appointment due to a respiratory issue he had, lucky everything turned out fine. Doctors there are very informative which I love about someone who knows about rabbits. Great service and prices are reasonable, I’m glad this place is around for our buns especially when it’s an emergency. I will be coming here for all emergencies. :)

The staff at Catnip and Carrots is always exceptional. The supervisor Jessica is always accommodating whenever I need an appointment. Dr. Campbell and Ray were wonderful as always with Felix. Overall it is consistently a great experience with the Catnip and Carrots team.
