I used to work within the rescue community, and I was impressed that the Dane rescues worked so well together. I had reached out to one, who referred me here. And before I had even called, they had a heads up and were working to find a foster for my problem child. As a side note, the only Darlene i know in rescue is not with this rescue, but another, and rescues that are foster based DO get full quickly. It is a sad fact that good rescues are usually full and even have waiting lists, the need often overwhelms available space. I am eternally grateful for the efforts rescues make to provide forever homes to dogs that are abandoned or even are just not in a good environment for their particular personality.

One of there dogs, Achillies attacked and killed my dog this Sunday at a park in Chandler, AZ. The dog was at a foster home. The way they are dealing with it is to pay for our dogs cremation and saying they are done. The dog should be put down or muzzled. The dog on their site says good with other dogs. I guess my pomeranian is not considered a dog then. They take no responsibility. Moved the dog the same day out of foster to make sure it is hard to find. How many of there dogs have the same situation? Wouldn't trust anything they have to say. Nothing is their responsibility.

They were great when we fostered with them, then adopted with them. Not so much when we needed to return our dog to them per the contract you sign when you adopt.
