In our new construction home we had some birds that would come back year after year and squeeze between the singles and the soffit in a roof on roof location. I reached out to Alpha Wildlife on Angi and Harrison contacted me back immediately. He worked with my busy schedule to come out when I was home to explain what the issue was and how they could remedy the situation. He explained that the birds would not be able to get back in the same location he sealed off but they are likely to try again. He was correct. The found a second soft spot which also needed a repair. I contacted him over the weekend and he came back out the following week to repair this one also. Harrison has gone above and beyond to make sure we don't have these birds coming back to enter other areas of our roof. That is what separates Alpha from the rest. We're extremely pleased with the quality of the communication and the work performed. The professionalism is second to none and better than the other contractors we've dealt with in the Nashville area. We will be contacting Alpha Wildlife if we have any other needs in the future.

Had a situation where we thought we had some squirrels in our attic. Turns out they were just in the top portion of our front porch canopy. Corey gave us a personalized plan to get the squirrels out of the space, and seal the space back up and spray to ensure they did not return. Corey came out multiple times till the job was complete, not rushing the process and ensuring we had all squirrels effectively removed. The customer service was great, nothing was rushed, and they offered a fair price without trying to upsell on what wasn't necessary. We will be using Alpha for any and all wildlife solutions moving forward.

I called them about some birds nesting in our exhaust vents and Harrison was able to come out the same day to assess things and came back to fix everything the following day.
