I had to have my precious Bella of 13 yrs put down today because of a cancerous tumor. I knew I couldn't let her suffer. I've never been to this place before but, I'm so glad I did because they were very compassionate and caring and made this much easier for us. Thank you so much Rock Knoll staff. I was recommended to this clinic by my best friend for an almost-emergency situation with my cat (she had no appetite, had thrown up, etc). Rock Knoll staff and doctors were able to see my cat Cake that day. They squeezed her in, got her checked out, got me meds, and were even patient with me when I was coming to pick her up and was barely making it before they closed cuz I work across town. They explained everything thoroughly, gave me helpful info for the future, and the next morning she was already acting like herself again. I can't thank them enough for helping my 10 year old kitty get to feeling better.

My poor cat was terrified. This sweet kitty at the vets office made her feel comfortable and welcomed. All the people working her are kind and gentle. They also called me when it was time for my cat to get her shots. I appreciate the reminder. I'll be bringing my second cat in for her shots too.

I adore the staff at Rock Knoll. I know every time I come in there the animals are going to be well taken care of. The vets take their time discussing options for treatment and always work so hard to get animals in quickly for emergent cases. The front desk and vet techs are just as kind towards the animals and the people. I’m beyond thankful to have found such a great facility to use.

Just disappointed. Called to get my cat in for UTI symptoms the Saturday after Thanksgiving and was told they were only open for Santa pictures and their next available appointment for an established client (10-12 years) was 10 days out. I had to book with another vet clinic where I received prompt, efficient care. Like I said...just disappointed.

I love this place. I had not been in for several years, since when Dr. Calhoun was in office. The physicians on staff currently are very friendly & genuinely caring. They don't look at the owners of their patients as "opportunities". Be sure to make an appointment as they are busy. I was very pleased with the cost & the fact that they were able to dispense appropriate medications at the office saving me the trip to the pharmacy. I will definitely continue to visit this vet when necessary.
