Very dissatisfied. All about the $$ and not helping the animal. Older female vet, tall-gray short hair is very condescending, spent $200 for a 17 year old cat with “Chronic” issue. She spent MY time bashing the other veterinarian and then I couldn’t even afford the $40 antibiotic. Absolutely horrible encounter, other younger vet seemed happy and compassionate in the lobby - BUT I will never be back. Surprisingly CHEAPER to go to the Emergency vet “Pearl emergency hospital” than this place in Gainesville. The MOST important is that your beloved animal GETS medically treated. She’s obviously turned hard after years of this occupation. Her attitude is why people DO NOT take their animals to the vet. I KNOW I’ve been rescuing animals for decades. Sad really, I get it, people are selfish and horrible at times BUT in order to help the ANIMAL you do whatever you need to. It’s NOT about the person - WE can’t change people ONLY help the animal. How does she NOT realize this at her age? Ignorance with “Godly” intelligence such a delight.

The vet is very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The doctors are polite and considerate. That said, they are not perfect. Extremely expensive, way WAY beyond what I have paid over my 50 years with dogs at other vets. Front office is snobby. Per their policy, they won't fax a prescription to an outside pharmacy, getting a written RX is like pulling teeth. These factors have compelled me to look elsewhere for my 2 dogs medical needs.

Staff was great, kind, and thorough! They were able to work me in the same day. VERY upfront with all costs. When I brought my second cat in for his regular check-up, I got in a whole lot of trouble from the vet for a piece of string being in his carrier. 😞

Amazing care and patience with my elderly cat. Dr. Leslie is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough Veterinarian with surgery skill that are second to none. The staff is outstanding and extremely courteous.

They were able to get me a same week appointment, even as early as 8am on a Saturday ! Everyone was happy and pleasant. I love the attention they gave my pup Roman and the plan they gave us to keep him healthy! 5 Stars

Amazing staff! Dr Leslie really knows her field......BIG TIME!. Vet Tech Elisia is sweet and knowledgeable. Jaden has wonderful customer service skills. Everyone took care of us from start to finish ! Kim is on the road to recovery thanks to Caring Hands!!!
