we’ve been coming to this office for about 5 years, maybe almost 6. We rescued our Gunner as a puppy and he’s always been a healthy boy. We love this office for the ease of making an appointment and the professionalism of the staff who honestly care about Gunner. Also, it’s affordable care. Gunner had developed a limp about a week before his annual check up. At the check up the doctor thoroughly examined his front left leg and concluded that he might have a paw pad injury, but to thoroughly examine and X-ray, he would need sedated. Instead she suggested an antibiotic and espom salt soaks. His limp cleared up within 3 days! I was so glad she didn’t pressure me into a costly procedure but still provided the best solution. I always recommend this clinic. Dr. Butler was fantastic and the front desk staff were so kind.

From the first moment Shelbee Rose and I entered 5 Points nearly 4 years ago I knew we had chosen the right veterinary clinic. The “front line” staff is incredibly helpful and compassionate. I cannot say enough about Dr Boswell ( who has done an FHO and a Episioplasty Vulvar excision on Shelbee), Dr. White and all the techs who have been there for us. If I have a question and call, I receive an answer in a very timely manner. Again I’ll use the word compassionate. The clinic is exceptionally clean and bright; the atmosphere warm and friendly. The entire staff shows their love for their pet patients as well as the families of the pets

Been going to five points animal hospital for a while they r good my Copper is 12 yrs old has health issues he’s been having to get blood work done every 3 months the last couple times he’s been stubborn and doesn’t want to go in they r very patience with him and work with him at his pace this last Visit he had different vet it was Dr White when she came into the room she knew his history with his health issues she was very good with copper I liked her she was upfront about his tumor I trust five points hospital with care of my dog Copper

Five Points is very thorough and treats our dogs with love and care each and every time we have an appointment. They keep us well-informed through text messages and their portal is easy to use. The staff members are so welcoming and helpful!

1. Expensive 2. They cut their hours, so harder to get appointments. 3. My dog was very sick and I called for an appointment that day and was referred to a neighboring urgent care until I insisted I got an appointment that day. 4. My dog ended up passing away from their negligence of not giving and/or offering yearly bloodwork. Every other vet does bloodwork and I thought my animals were getting the proper care. She had a chronic disease with no signs, but bloodwork would have picked up on it and could have been treated to prolong her life. 5. The front desk staff are great. Dr. White, Dr. Boswell and Dr. Fallenstein are wonderful also, but doesn't make up for the loss of life due to negligence.

The care is fine but the best ability is availability. We’ve had a couple scares with a puppy where we’ve needed to see a vet on pretty short notice. VCA Five Points apparently does not provide these services as each time we’ve needed them we’ve been met with 10 or 18 day waits to be seen. For routine checkups they’re fine but if you want a reliable care center that will do what they can to help your pet not expecting a “not sure what I can do for you response” look elsewhere
