I recently brought my kitty in with heart failure. They helped him make a recovery and his team has been so kind, understanding, communicative, and just all around amazing! They encouraged us to call multiple times a day to ask how he was doing and made visiting him so easy. They're the reason my furry son came home, and I couldn't be more grateful to everyone who's contributed to his care ♥️

I brought my guinea pig Gus Gus in when I noticed he was squeaking when going to bathroom. The team at Central was professional and very caring for my baby! They made sure all my questions were answered and took great care of my boy! I am so grateful for the service in what was a scary and stressful situation. Gus Gus is on the mend and I am beyond grateful for Central and their professional and caring service.

Central Hospital was great! took my rabbit in for emergency care. they took such good care of my bun. The wait at the time was short. The doctor was wonderful, explained everything to my fiance and I and was open, up front and honest with us which I really appreciate. They didn't have any exotic vet staff on hand that day but I trusted the Dr and the technicians.

I haven’t looked at other reviews but am surprised the overall score isn’t higher—this staff and facility is stellar. My local vet referred me to this animal hospital because of their demonstrated quality care, and it was absolutely true. My cat was assessed on the spot and treated accordingly. We were given thorough information throughout her treatment, which ended up including overnight care. While it wasn’t cheap (I imagine it’s expensive everywhere), I get comforted that she was in such excellent hands. I was updated regularly and even sent photos of my pet to provide reassurance. The doctors, techs and reception were all extremely kind and knowledgeable—they knew my case and were helpful even after she was released back into my care. Would definitely recommend.

We had an emergency with our kitty Nell. Dr. Sterman and her team were so kind, but did not sugar coat the situation. They showed Nell love, and compassion, bringing her to my husband to enjoy her one last 'kitty gogurts' as we said goodbye to our sweet baby. We never hope to ever be in a situation like this again, but we would trust the team at Central to take care of any of our babies. To the staff at Central, thank you for doing what you could to make Nell's last few moments with us special. We will never forget the comfort and compassion you gave us while we made potentially the hardest decision of our lives. <3
