Ok I have three dogs! One that I recently acquired (adopted) and took him to a vet near by on Friday. He needed his annual vaccines. I thought if this is a good experience I’ll move the other two since it takes less than 5min to get there!! It was fine.. then I took my other two to Bergheim as I always have today (Monday) half an hour away for me! Let me just tell you, I will do the drive.. every single time! The level of care, knowledge and service is TOP NOTCH! I love them! My dogs love Dr. Fradkin, and Caden! It’s different, it really is!! Bringing a new guy next time Bergheim!! Thank you for being wonderful and taking care of my babies!!

We have an older dog that is nervous about vet appointments. He needed a thorough checkup, vaccine, and to have his teeth cleaned. He went to Bergheim for the first time, and, very unusual for him, he did not get nervous at entrance. Usually he crouches under us to get away from the front office situation. But here, the front office had a warm and friendly feeling that obviously calmed him. A lot of that was due to Dr. Christina Kresser, who made sure to consider his nervousness, his age, his allergies, and that he was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole appointment. And also the receptionist and the technician were very nice, engaged, and competent. When we picked our dog up, he was calm and has recovered without any trauma at all. This is an unusual experience for him, and so nice for all of us. Today, the next day, as you can see from the picture, he is moseying around completely normal. He is bright eyed, and with beautiful teeth!

We have only been here in the Bergheim area for a couple of years, but we have had MANY experiences with Bergheim Pet Hospital and Clinic - and all of them have been great. We had one dog who got very sick shortly after we moved here from out of state - she became very chronically ill, and each time we needed to be seen, Bergheim was always there to help us. When the time finally came to say goodbye, their compassion for both our dog and for us was well beyond what words can convey. Since then, we have adopted two more rescue dogs (now we have a total of three fur babies), and the team ALWAYS gives us the best care. Dr. Fradkin, Dr. McMullen, and Dr. Kresser are all great at explaining what their thoughts are and in presenting options when they are available. We have the greatest confidence in the care they provide to all our dogs. We are always greeted with Emma's friendly smile, and vet techs Caedan and Alex are magnificent at making friends with all our pets -- even our wild "teenage" sable German Shepherd! We highly recommend Bergheim Pet Hospital and Clinic!!

Took my dog Penny in for an ear check and teeth cleaning. Dr. Fradkin and her staff have been caring for Penny since she was a young puppy. As always they gave her top notch care and I received a detailed summary of her tests and care. Great pet hospital and staff!

New to the Boerne/Bergheim area and everyone was absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, kind, compassionate and they really took care of our 12.5 year old yellow lab. She can be a handful at times and they literally got on the floor with her and made the whole visit seem like they were playing. Highly recommend Dr. Mikeline Gladman & Support Staff Morgan at Bergheim Pet Hospital & Clinic!
