I just wanted to highly recommend Wayne Hills Animal Hospital. We have been taking our dogs there for a few years. They took excellent care of our beagle when he suffered from a vestibular issue and managed his epilepsy with great care. A couple of weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our beagle, and they only charged us for his cremation, not the euthanasia. It is hard to find honest and caring individuals to care for your pets, and they really go above and beyond.

I was recommended to take my 1yr old dog from a family member. She told me how the Vet-was such a great person. However, I did not expect the customer service and waiting time was horrible. Today is 2/17/2023 around 6:40pm and this was my 2nd time here. The 1st time they had me wait for more than 1 hour and finally they say they have to cancel because they have an emergency. I gave it a second chance today and the secretary basically hang up the phone on me when I was trying to ask how much longer. I am sure the vet is not even looking at all these bad reviews and how he is loosing money with his support staff. The worst experience and I will not recommend it to my worst enemy

the vet raised his hand in my face to attempt to silence me when asking him questions while he’s examining my cats open wound on his paw just because his assistant started yelling questions from the front desk. that was the first red flag but i know old white ppl r usually mean so i let it slide. he gave us a liquid medication, Neo-Poly-Dex, to treat the wound and after following instructions, it didn’t work. took him to another vet for alternative options, turns out the med he gave us were eye drops. its hard to understand anything he says so his assistant reiterates it, which could be the reason why i got eye drops instead. i would never recommend anyone to need to go here.
