I love this place. The doctors and staff are extremely caring, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend them. Reasonable prices and great care. Dr. C is the best! She always has time to hear your concerns and the assistants are just as great! Everyone is so friendly and their genuine concern for Tiko is always reassuring. Their pricing is always reasonable, and I never get surprised during checkout. I would recommend Wishing Well Veterinary Hospital to any pet parent!

Our cat Cali had a very good experience while at the vet and was seen the same day for an emergency he had. He’s been doing better and we had a very good experience. We will be returning. This is the best vet we have been to. Thank you very much.

I thought our concern was addressed regarding our family member after speaking to Practice Manager Dina at great lengths, we set an appointment for Friday March -15 -24 but do to a Medical reason could 'not keep the appointment.This all started when we brought our Family member to Wishing Well for a follow up that was never set after the Surgery by Dr. Confessore VETERINARIAN. Our baby was not doing well he was vomiting choking and throwing up so we went back and basically dismissed and told the vet would call back the next day no call! This is all after a very expensive surgery in September 2023, our dog has not been right. Every time we call put hold forgotten about you call back this happens all over not sure why maybe they realized they damaged our Pet and now they don't want to deal with it .not sure why no call. we were charged for items never rendered. This was what prompted a call from Wishing Well on March 12 2024 By Dina Giantonio PRACTICE MANAGER and spoke at great length and she made me feel ok and she seemed very sweet. So to bring you to the current terrible event that took place on March 19 2024, Called the office to set a new appointment at 10:30 am was informed that Dina Giantonio was on vacation fine we all need our time ,on hold over 15 minutes disconnected by morning staff who would not identify herself but promised she would reach out to Dina Giantonio and get back by 3pm, 3 pm came & went I called back it happened with a different employee put on hold & disconnected 2 more times and then finally making contact as you can imagine I am very frustrated by this time and rightfully so and at the same time concerned for our Loved One who has not been right after a very expensive surgery by Dr. Confessore VETERINARIAN! So I said on the call March 19 2024 quote I better receive a phone call either from the covering manager while Dina Giantonio PRACTICE MANAGER is out of town or the owner of the Practice Wishing Well or even Dr. Confessore who performed the surgery or I would write this very alarming and concerning review regarding the treatment both I as a working professional and the blatant the disregard for our Loved ones / Pets Health And Life and mentioned I would turn this matter over to our Attorney if we didn't have resolve, she hung the phone up in the middle of our conversation and contacted the Wayne Police Department Who does this?Wayne PD spoke to me mentioned what happened & said the person answering the phone told her to inform me to stay away from Wishing Well Vet, again a the second employee would not or did not give me her name this is bad business. Who does this to a Pet owner who is CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR LOVED ONE! And let me also state for the record I never raised my voice and most importantly I never ever made threats, now I am tone deaf and do speak and a different tone especially on a phone and its hard to hear because you guessed it Im Tone Deaf so it may sound a bit louder on a phone on the other end but still because of my Handicap I should not be treated in this manner! The only thing I can think of is 2 things first thing the same employees that started this whole miscommunicated concern and dropping the ball from September 2023 after our Loved ones surgery were the same 2 people on March 19 2024 and were trying to deflect the fact they just don't care, we hope they at the very least would be disciplined for there totally on professional actions and blatant disregard for our Loved Ones Health and Wellbeing! Or and I really hope I'm wrong on this they may know they have done something terribly wrong to our Baby and know this and are trying to hope we move on and go to another Vet, but after speaking and receiving sound legal advice we need to stay with Wishing Well So they can not move the blame on another Vet and Dr. Confessore VETERINARIAN and Gina Giantonio PRACTICE MANAGER a chance to make this right because they just may not be aware as stated on March 12 2024 by Dina Giantonio PRACTICE MANAGER they were in the Dark And Totally Not Aware of what is happening!

This vet is the most amazing and caring vet I've ever been to. I've had animals my entire life and never has a vet gone out of his way and displayed such kindness and concern for my pet. Dr. Cali checked in with me on several occasions to see how my cat is doing. Went out of his way to care for one of his patients. I highly recommend him! He is the best choice for you to make for your loved one.
