Description PHX Cat Cafe is a non profit cat cafe. We have a full service coffee shop serving coffee, tea, smoothies, Italian sodas and more (no food) plus our rescue cat lounge where we care for approximately 25 adoptable cats at a time. Admissions into the cat lounge is $18 per person for a one hour visit (all ages). Reservations for the cat lounge are HIGHLY recommended as we often do not have available space for walk ins. We do require reservations for children under 13yrs old.

My husband and I did our first ever cat yoga here and we loved it! The kitties were adorable and a sweet cat named Oreo was giving us lots of loving during our yoga session. The instructor was nice and we enjoyed the coffee as well. We will be back! After reading some reviews I wanted to remind people that these kitties are rescues with all sorts of different personalities and feelings and are not here for our entertainment. Let them come to you.

A place to be in the presence of cats…and maybe adopt one if you fall in love. I appreciate that this place was clean! It is recommended by the business to have a reservation. We did not. We went on a Friday early afternoon and were able to pay and go in. I can see how it can get crowded on the weekends so be mindful and make a reservation. Cost is $18/person. Yes, for the first second when I saw the cost I was like “oo pricey” BUT it’s to help take care of the cats so i did not hesitate to pay. The space was very nice for the cats. Lots of high places for them to hide and relax. There were definitely a lot of cats, but you wouldn’t know it unless you start looking around. There are a handful of cats who were not initially wanting to interact and we respected their space. Eventually some came out and allowed some pets. There were a handful who were happy to be petted. Remember they are cats, and just like us humans, they have our own personalities and bubbles.

The mission is great. You can get some drinks and hang out with rescues. They had 24 or sp cats when we went. 3-4 were friendly. One was a kitten and loved to play. Another was older, and still loved to play.

really peaceful, i picked a good time it was only me and my sister for the hour yesterday. the barista was extremely helpful and friendly, never spoken to anyone who didn’t immediately overwhelm me it was great! we got soap with a silhouette of a cat inside of it, stickers, and some catnip toys. my sister said her vanilla frappe was delicious too. the employee who was watching over the cats as we played with them was very knowledgeable on the cats names which made the experience more personal. the cats are love bugs and just watching how funny they were sleeping and up high on the shelves was great. the room is very large, lots of seats to choose from. my favorite part about this place was these cats have alot of places to go around and sleep so you’ll be around a lot of cats then an easter egg cat will come to surprise you. i’ll definitely come back here.

Fun time! The interior is really cool with lots of creative architecture and entertainment for the cats. Not all were friendly, but a good amount were on the ground and ready to interact. Courteous staff.

First, the cafe- the drinks were really good, and the cafe area itself was plain but still engaging with a small library and merch to browse. The cat lounge was spacious with multiple rooms for the cats to explore, and plenty of places for cats to hide and play. It's clear the cats' best interest was in mind when designing the space. A general tip for those unfamiliar with cat cafes: try to get there early; the earlier, the better. Cats sleep 18 hours a day, and they'll be most active in the morning. We arrived at 11am and had no shortage of playful kitties to interact with. The co-founder was so engaging and willing to answer questions and explain the space. Overall one of the better cat cafes I've visited. I will definitely be back next time I visit Phoenix!
