Description We are a local, privately owned general practice veterinary clinic specializing in small animal services. We are AAHA certified and are always looking to provide the best possible medicine and services to our clients and their pets. Over the years, we have expanded our services and facilities to meet the ever changing demands of the veterinary field, most recently with the addition of LOVE Spays (Laparoscopy Ovariectomy). The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get our dog in and treated the same day we called. The Doctor was excellent 😃 They even called us the next day to check on our Lucy girl🩷 I would highly recommend them!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my puppy in for a grooming service and they “accidentally” cut off a piece of her paw. I expected everything to be taken care of because now I had to take care of changing bandages and give her medicine when I was just going in for a groom. They made me pay for the grooming service then Continued to black list me in their system for THEIR mistake. When I arrived to pick her up they brushed it off as if it was normal for a dog to get hurt during a grooming service. I will NEVER be coming back here again.

We have three dogs who are all cared for by Pismo Beach Vet. Our two Pugs see Dr. Flores and our Mastiff/Shepherd Mix sees Dr. Walte. We’ve had mass removals, teeth removals, ear infections and cancer scares with this practice and they’ve given top notch care through everything. We also take all three dogs to Sarah their groomer who is absolutely amazing! Our pets actually enjoy going to get bathed by her. Can’t say enough good things about this practice!

I'm very pleased with the care that my sweet cat Rosie received at Pismo Beach Vet Clinic. I called on Saturday afternoon as a new client and was able to get in the next morning with my old cat. Blood text revealed a worsening of Rosie's kidney disease, and sadly the best decision was euthanasia. The staff were all very efficient and kind. The doctor spent time explaining to me all the medical options and was very kind and compassionate throughout the whole visit. I like that this clinic is open 7 days a week, as care for our pets doesn't discriminate on what day care is needed.

Pismo Beach Vet is awesome! They have weekend and late hours and will come to your house for home visits if necessary. Knowledgeable and kind Doctors. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Pismo Beach Vet Clinic. We have 2 elderly dogs, with multiple health issues, on multiple medications to keep them moving and happy. I honestly thank the vets here for keeping them to age 16 with good quality of life. We recently had to put our lab mix down, it happened suddenly. Kristen, who's great, got us in very quickly. They had a private room for us, waited for our 2 daughters to get there from work, and even wrote "We love you Bobby Deaver" on the whiteboard. Which made us cry even more. Not only were we on the floor with him, but Dr. Carolyn Flores, was also on the ground next to him. She gently give him his medications when we were ready. It is still sad without our pup, but Pismo Beach Vet Clinic really was great. thank you... Retta and Mike Penson
