I called last night for help for this man. I came across him about 7 pm. The shelter was full. The individual on the line told me to call an ambulance. Really? How unprofessional. The homeless man had a hx of having seizures but not at the moment. The volunteer needed to say we are full now but you can try XYZ. Instead he said he should have gotten here by 2 pm. Really? I found him at 7pm. It sounds like there needs to be more training and compassion there. You might as well try rescuing cats and dogs. Where is the compassion towards the least of your brothers?

I never lived in a shelter before but it's disheartening and distasteful how we as the people get treated compared to illegals it's sad that these feedbacks and reviews are so low and sadining This is why voting matters.

A very nice place to visit and have free lunch what breakfast. The people there are very friendly.

This place is something else. The front staff is very difficult and mean and angry for some reason. They tried to control my Body Language as they say. They said I had to basically smile and act! Like I wanted to be there. They said body language didn’t show appreciation for bough for them opening there doors to me. And they did nothing about the other clients there who were super loud and disrespectful. I didn’t make it there threw the night I left . They definitely need new management

I have been unfortunate to experience homeless i was given their number to call for help. I spoke aith a staff member named Michael who constantly over talked me and kept insinuating i was on drugs when we have never met face to face . I asked for more information on the program as i knew nothing and was yelled at over talked and completely degraded. I would rather continue sleeping in my car then to have too receive any assistance from the staff.
