They are very friendly and work hard to keep it clean. The staff go above and beyond. They try to work with budgets and make suggestions to help you take good care of your pets. Dr. Parker and Dr. Brown are very good veterinarians. I highly recommend this place and their amazing staff.

The first time I came to this clinic was on Saturday, after having my beloved boxer for 12 1/2 years got really sick and cancer hit her hard within weeks, we had to put her down. I was all up all night crying and I was beside myself, the way there and in the vet room, they took really good care of my baby. They gave us time to be with her before the first shot, between the shots, and after she had passed, they allowed us to have our time with her. They was so wonderful and taking good care of her body. We have brought two covers with us, which was her favorite. They wrapped her up in those covers and placed her sweet body and a precious body bag. Before that they carried her out to my truck , they took her nose and paw print , and I will be forever Grateful for those. I would never thought I would got so attached and emotional over a dog, but having Layla with us for all of those years and growing up with my two daughters, she became a family member not only as a pet.

We had an emergency situation with a goat and the staff were all completely wonderful. I appreciated the efforts and honesty of the doctor and the care they showed our animal. Although the outcome was not what we hoped, we are so thankful for them trying and taking us in last minute. We are customers for life.

Today I had to make the hardest decision of my life to have my dog put to sleep. The vet and tech were amazing. They made this horrible experience go smoothly. The doctor even said a prayer for me and my dog which I loved. Will return here anytime i need assistance.

I seriously recommend Carroll County Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a new vet. They were great with our dog Addy during the diagnosis and medicating process for her thyroid cancer and were absolutely incredible during the visit where we had to put her down. The vet and tech who did the procedure (I think it was Dr Mika and Hannah) were so caring and patient with us as they explained what would happen. After she passed the vet prayed with us and then allowed us to go out the back door because it was so emotional so we didn’t have to walk through a room full of people. They also took prints of Addys nose and paws and sent them to us in the mail. Couldn’t recommend a vet more. ♥️
