I took Maggie Mae for her one yr appointment recently. Everyone there went out of their way to make our visit go seamlessly, and it worked. Other than them letting us know, there was no evidence of an emergency visit, but they told us so we'd be aware, and could wait outside, but still had us in quickly. I never mind waiting because I want a vet that goes out of their way to help someone that needs it. They were very patient with Maggie, she's a rescue and we are working on socialization, she's come a long way. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely experience! It's been a struggle finding a knowledgeable and trusting veterinarian for my dog since moving to Delaware. Well "Third times a charm"! The team at VCA provided excellent customer service, bedside manner and health knowledge/care for my dog and I. Jonalyn, Gianna and Dr. Bendokas were absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with. Thank you for all that you do!

Stupendous! Surgeries on two dogs. Excellent pre and post surgical communication, including post surgical pics via text, and next day follow up calls just to be sure everything was going well at home. Highest recommendation.

We had a 12 year old cocker King Charles spaniel mix presenting some really concerning symptoms (facial paralysis, loss of balance and orientation, trouble eating, constant eye flickering) so we called and scheduled an appt. The doctor that saw us was Joyce and she helped us understand what was going on and got our dog the help he needed, big thanks to the awesome staff at VCA and we will be coming back when we need veterinary help!
