Dr. Thomas takes such wonderful care of my two pugs Mildred and Tucker. They both have had to come in recently and no matter the problem Dr. Thomas makes you feel that she really cares about your pups and you understanding all the variables. Have been with them for 9 years and was surprised I hadn’t gave them 5 stars earlier. Love the staff at the front desk and the vet techs as well!

I'm very very particular about my misty dog!! I was made to feel very comfortable with misty in their capable hands. She's an American bully and allergic to dang near everything. But I h ad no worries as to their capability . I highly suggest these fine folks. And for me to give a review as this speaks volumes!! Great job guys/ girls!! And thanks

I have been taking my fur babies here for years! They are the best! I Highly recommend them! They are clean, friendly; my fur babies come home happy after boarding or any wellness visit! Love them! My dogs absolutely love Mattie! 🥂

I recently scheduled to bring in one of my cats for some testing due to some issues he’d been having. My dad brought him due to some off scheduling, but as we’ve been here numerous times (we have 3 indoor and we take care of many strays that are at my parents house and have brought many here), I thought nothing of it. There were some communication issues that ended up making my bill almost double with it should have been. One person was a little less willing to help me, but then I spoke to Robert who was super helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was able to give me clarity and fixed the issue I had. Prior to the call I had with him, I was considering changing our vet’s office entirely, as I felt unheard and frustrated. Thank you SO much for listening and helping me Robert. You guys have kept a repeat pet parent.

I recently had the pleasure of another visit to Wellspring, with whom I was already working with one Burmese cat, Malala. This time, it was to take a younger addition to the family, Joseph (pictures below). As usual the experience was both educational and calming. I like Wellspring for many reasons. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by a genuinely friendly front desk, who typically remembers you and your pet. The waiting area is always clean, comfortable, and adorned with unique touches that immediately put both pets and their owners at ease. Our veterinarian, Dr. Martinez, displays an impressive level of expertise and genuine compassion for animals. He and his assistant took the time to thoroughly assess my pet's health, patiently answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights into preventive care. It was evident that the entire team was dedicated to the well-being of their furry patients. I always leave having learned relevant information about my pets, and how to care for them, from Dr. Martinez. Dr. Martinez provides a personalized approach, and always seems to sense when he needs to "drill down" on a given topic, within a comfortable, teaching approach. Moreover, the clinic appears to back up its doctors with the technology needed to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective treatment. As usual, I left Wellspring relieved, and instilled with confidence in the abilities of this energetic and enthusiastic young professional in his care of my cat. Wellspring is a rare jewel, in my experience, and the personalized care provided by Dr. Martinez is outstanding. I look forward to returning for all my pet care needs going forward.

Brought my cat back from the brink of death (I don’t say this lightly). He was rapidly losing weight, he got down to 5lbs which is extremely dangerous for an adult cat and was in agonizing pain. Dr. Megan Tjahjadi is such an amazing and caring professional. She was so patient and helpful throughout his recovery process and remained so persistent to help him get to that point. Additionally the rest of the staff especially reception and the tech assistants are so welcoming and genuine. I cannot thank Wellspring enough for keeping my furry friends healthy and happy. Highly recommend! Your pets are in great hands!
