I didn’t have a good experience here and my cat is probably traumatized. I brought my cat in and he had to stay for a while for them to examine him. He was put in a slippery hard cage in a large brightly lit room for several hours while they waited to collect urine. A few hours later I was called saying they could not treat him because he was too upset. I say okay and I’ll pick him up and get him in his carrier myself. I arrive in the lobby and I can hear my cat screaming so loud from across the room with the door shut and making sounds I have never in my life heard him make. I could tell he was terrified and I know he was being too difficult to be put in his carrier but I had to ask for them to stop trying because not only were they making him more traumatized and aggravated, but by the time I got to him he wouldn’t let me touch him either because they over aggravated him. I certainly do not want anyone to get hurt treating my cat but I felt as though a cat hospital should know how to handle a stressed cat. I paid $200 to be told they couldn’t examine him fully. The last thing that really bothered me is I was told I’d have to pay extra because I came during lunch hours and that made my visit an emergency fee.

I’ve always had a great experience with this vet office no matter which vet I see. I moved across town but will still be driving in to come here. I love that this is a cat only hospital too. It helps for nervous kitties. Everyone is always pretty nice and helpful. Going to the vet can be a stressful time for both fur baby and fur parent and they help make it a little easier.

I love this office! Their exam rooms are so cute with little cat trees and floor to ceiling windows for my cat to look out at the birds. All of the staff are amazing and patient with my nervous kitty.

A vet with only cats provided a calm and non stressful environment to go get my cat her check up! The staff was extremely kind, and made sure my cat felt comfortable and safe. I was able to ask lots of questions and got thorough answers. I had a great experience and will definitely continue to bring my cat here.

I can't talk enough about how amazing this place. I worked in a certain vet hospital before as an assistant, where it was all about efficiency instead of making the animal comfortable; as a result I am rather picky about where I take my cat, Dipper (I do not want him to be treated that way). I am very happy to say that these people have gone above and beyond in making sure my cat is stress-free when he visits. They handle him with care, and they're never in a rush to push us out the door like other vet places are. They'll even take care to warn you if a procedure is getting too stressful for your kitty. One vet even helped me get a cheaper prescription for him, which was an absolute lifesaver! Unfortunately, I'm moving away soon and won't be able to take my cat here anymore. If it was realistic, I would absolutely commute here for his vet visits. They're that good.
