Everyone at ASAP critter people was very professional, responsive and polite. They collected five raccoons from my property and then fixed the attic openings quickly. Their cheerful and confident staff made this very difficult process much easier.

The ASAP Critter People were such a breath of fresh air to work with. They were prompt, polite, and they communicated with me at every step of the process. When their office called me to schedule they gave me a window of time to expect the technician to come out and set up some traps. After the traps had been set, the technician called me to let me know how many traps were set and how to report if anything had been caught in said traps. Everything was very easy for me, all I had to do was text them each morning after checking the traps. It was very clear that ASAP Critter People care about their clients, and removing the animals from the property as safely and humanely as possible. Very grateful for their help!

We just completed a 12 day service period where traps were placed to try to remove a problem we had with raccoons living under our sun room. Our entire experience with ASAP Critter People was excellent. All the people I dealt with - from the person taking my appointment request to the technicians who came to my house - were very knowledgeable. On day 1 they provided a report and advice on how to proceed. The tech Tim arrived on time, was professional and obviously knew his business. The process for reporting a trapped animal was very efficient. Any time a trapped animal had to be picked up, the person who performed the work always followed up with a phone call to me. It was a great experience and they have cleared up our raccoon problem. If I have critter problems in the future, I'll definitely call them again and also recommend them to anyone else having a critter problem.

Had excellent experience using this company and would definitely recommend ASAP Critter People to others. Tim was very knowledge in handling our issue w squirrels in soffit of our roof and explained everything well to me. My calls to them were handled quickly and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. This is a family-owned and operated business that is trying to keep service costs down for their customer.
