Great people and a great place. All the Doctors and staff know their stuff and really watch out for your pets! Could not be happier with them. Been going there about 8 years now.

This place is really good at what they do. They are very friendly and it is very clean. I enjoy taking our dogs there. The big issue I have (and the only reason for 4 stars and not 5) is the parking. It's horrible. Very limited and very tight. There is just no other way to put it. They really need their own stand-alone building with better parking. Other than that, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I took my dog in earlier this week because he’s not been feeling well. They charged me double for the visit because it was an “urgent” visit, however they made me wait for an hour. I asked where I was in line and they finally took us back. I’m pretty sure I would have sat there all night had I not asked. This place has bit off more than they can chew. They can no longer provide adequate customer service because their clientele has gotten out of control. We’ve been going here for 10 years, and it’s sad how downhill this place has gone. We just had our last appointment there, will not be returning. If you are looking for good customer service and quality care for your pets, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have read several negative reviews about this practice, and they ALWAYS have an excuse. Maybe acknowledge that you are in the wrong and do better! Lastly, reception staff is unfriendly and rude. Told them we would not be returning due to terrible customer service and they could have cared less. Super disappointed in this place.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Miamitown Pet hospital for years. My animals have had nothing but the best care it’s evident from the staff in the front office to the staff in the back and the doctors that each one of them are working in this field because they have a love and compassion for animals. Recently, I had to put my elder dog down. They were so gracious and kind to me as the process was going on, and I received a surprise in the mail several weeks later where they made a donation to an animal for profit in the memory of my dog, remaining dog went in for an appointment and became snappy with the staff. They didn’t use their patience. They didn’t refuse to treat him, they work together as a team to see to it that he was comfortable and they were safe. Will not go to a different vet, I can highly recommend the doctors and the staff if you are looking for outstanding veterinarian care and compassionate staff, this is your veterinarian hospital. Additionally I have found their fees to be comparable or less than many other animal locations.

Very frustrated with this vet right now. Yes they are good. They have recently expanded and are getting too big for their britches. I've been going there for 10 years and it's sad that as soon as you call, you are placed on hold. When you need to get in right away, you can't!! They offer you appointments way off the calendar. Shouldn't there be specific days times for squeezing folks in? Well I guess not here. And I have, and have had every one I know vote for mph on best of the west. This vet doesn't have that personal touch any longer. Sad to see it going down in customer service.
