They were very quick to schedule my cat. Everybody was great about tending to my cat and us. There was an emergency so we were pushed back a little. Understandable circumstance. But the staff offered refreshments to help the time pass. My cat was very comfortable with her treatment. Loved them

My dog get very nervous at vets and this office was so quiet and calm. We got into a Room right away and there was no crazy noise and the tech and vet took their time to make sure Milo felt safe and gave him treats and pets to make it a good experiences for him. I couldn’t recommend them more

They used to be excellent but since they have been sold to another company, everything has been changed. No follow ups. Being put on hold for hours. When I took my kitty for an emergency visit, they had never sent the lab results despite they claimed they had. Do Not Recommend. Find another vet in town. AVOID.

My dog had a recent health scare while I was out of town and needed to be seen immediately. We called Sabino Vet who understandably was booked, but referred us to an emergency vet. He was seen by the referred vet and we were also able to get him into Sabino Vet for the follow up treatment and further diagnosis. They had been in communication with the urgent care vet and listened patiently to all my concerns and observations until he was able to been seen. They are extremely patient, compassionate and thorough. I was worried and scared. Every time I've gone for anything other than a routine visit, they call to follow up and see how he's doing, etc. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate the communication they had with the emergency vet as well. They definitely understand that our pets are indeed our family. Special shout out to Dr. Monterosso. SO PATIENT with me and my worries.

We were looking for a more personal Veterinary practice. We found it at Sabino Veterinary Care in Tucson. Becky took care of my bird for years and now my 111/2 year old dog, Ellie is a customer. Lovely people and a great practice give them a try and you will satisfied.

We recently added one handsome and sweet rescue German Shepherd to our family. It's been some 21 years since we've shared our home with dogs, so were not quite sure where to go for the initial consultation. We chose Sabino Veterinary Care simply because it was convenient on Sabino Canyon Road, and are delighted we did. The office staff is excellent, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely interested in the "clients" that walk in their door. The technicians are competent but know their limitations, yet have a lot of knowledge. The several veterinarians are well trained, very pleasant to interact with, careful listeners, well organized and quite patient. Finally, their fees seem quite reasonable. We are now much more comfortable with our new family member, knowing that we can get whatever professional assistance we might need.
