Had appointment availability THAT DAY, thank god. Kept my dog overnight as she needed fluids and antibiotics and the staff was so loving toward my sick pup. After 24 hours she was back to herself. The doctor and staff took a good amount of time on her exam and were patient and helpful with all my questions.

Lots of us snowbirds in this area, many with pets. Island Animal Hospital was wonderful when I needed an appointment for my Chi, whose tracheal condition took a turn for the worse. Very thorough and professional, and Dr. Phillips worked with us to find a great combo of meds that helped my pup immensely. Was shocked at how reasonably priced our visit was! I’ve already referred others to IAH and will continue to do so!

My umbrella cockatoo got herself in a pickle with some thread. I was worried sick about injury. I was able to come in on the same day. She was fully checked over and was all okay. She got her nails done and MANY of my worried mom questions were answered with 100% patience. Super pleased with the gentle care she received. The next big worry was my bill! Let’s just say this nervous nelly mom can feel confident in seeing the vet anytime I need to without cost being a problem.

Staff at Island animal hospital are great! Every single person, every single time. Caring, prompt, professional, knowledgeable...so good with our fur people as well as the humans! They have been my trusted care provider since 1985 or so.

I received a same day appointment which was helpful as we were traveling through town. Dr Philips and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our Blue Heeler felt very comfortable with all of the attention she got from them.

It was so easy to get an appointment using their new webpage, listing each doctor and all their availability. Also, everyone working there is so pleasant, Professional and caring. My dog Charlie actually runs into the office. He likes them so much.
