Description Chagrin Valley Lucky Dog Club is an all-inclusive doggy day care and overnight boarding "club" that also offers full professional dog grooming. We are conveniently located just off Route 422 at Route 306 (Chillicothe Road) in Bainbridge Township. We have an immaculate, climate controlled facility, webcams to watch your dog play, seven indoor & outdoor play yards separated by size and temperament and private indoor cozy kennels. We are open 360 days a year, do not require a reservation for day care, and have very flexible drop off and pick up hours (i.e., anytime during our business hours). Come "smell" the Lucky Dog Club difference for yourself--stop in for a tour anytime.

Love this place. We had our dog at another local facility and they weren't very fond of our dog, and asked us not to bring her back. And honestly, I thought we were pretty good customers, but I digress. So we found this place, I explained to the owner why the other place didn't want her there, and the owner indicated she did not think there would be an issue. And there hasn't been any issue for a couple months now. This place is highly organized, efficient, and all of the employees are very polite. I LOVE the fact that you can monitor your dog with the live camera feed, and you can watch them clean the play areas every day, so you know the place is clean. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and daycare.

We had a fantastic experience at Lucky Dog! Amy, the owner was informative, caring and very prompt with any communication we had prior to our visit. We visited from out of town and couldn’t be happier with the care our puppy received while at day care. If we lived closer (we’re from Ontario), we would be coming back for sure! If I could give more than a 5-star rating, I would!

Since my original review our sweet Zoey passed away as a direct result of the negligent treatment she received at Lucky Dog. It is clear that they care more about making money then the safety is their animals. Original Review: I boarded my dog at Lucky Dog for a week, and unfortunately, she contracted kennel cough while there and lost 15 lbs. This alone was upsetting, but the real problem came when the kennel cough turned into pneumonia. My dog became very sick and I was forced to spend thousands of dollars in vet bills. I understand that there is always a risk of kennel cough when you board an animal. My dog is one of three that has contracted kennel cough there since the beginning of the month. They did not notify me of any health issues my dog was experiencing until it was too late, and their overall lack of communication was frustrating. I was expecting a much better experience for the amount of money I paid for boarding. Overall, my experience with Lucky Dog was a nightmare. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, and I urge pet owners to consider other boarding options. The health and safety of your furry friends should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, Lucky Dog failed to provide that.

This place is a saving grace for me and my dog. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they all love dogs. The fact you can check in on your pup leaves me with a sense of reassurance every time I drop him off. My dog is happy to go in there and is exhausted when I pick him up-it’s a no brainer to take your dog here.

Vinny has been going there for 7 months 2-3 days a week and he absolutely loves it. He’s always comes home tired but well taken care of. The staff is very nice and knows my dog and understands his crazy puppy behavior. I feel completely comfortable with the care he gets there and would highly recommend it.
