You can be confident in the service and care from AZ Small Dog Rescue! Eight years ago, I adopted an older dog and it was an amazing experience. We were well informed of the dog's temperament and what to expect. It was a wonderful 8 years with my constant companion. After losing our dog 6 weeks ago, we decided we were ready for a new furry family member. We adopted a 1-year-old this time, and while there are a lot of differences, we were still given plenty of advice and information. The health of the dogs we received at this rescue have been good and fully explained prior to taking them home. I cannot recommend AZ Small Dog Rescue enough!

Found a perfect little dog here Saturday. The staff are friendly and happy to find homes for their charges. My new dog is sweet loving house trained and leash trained. After spending ding time with her at the dog rescue I knew she was the one.

We have adopted two beautiful puppies from Arizona Small Dog Rescue. The foster parents are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, loving, and in my case, now long term friends! If you are looking for a dog please check out Arizona small dog rescue. The volunteers are so nice and helpful. They work so hard to help save as many lives as they can. It’s hard work but they do it with so much love and determination. We’re on the fence of adopting another pup but when we decide we will definitely go through Arizona Small Dog Rescue!! Arizona Small Dog Rescue made adopting our crazy, cuddly Booker a great experience. His foster parents were responsive and communicative about his qualities AND quirks. And it made us feel like we went into the decision with our eyes wide open. The staff was also patient with our questions. Six months later, my husband still talk about how happy we are to have found ASDR and our new dog who has brought so much joy and energy to our home. Definitely recommend!

We are so grateful we found Arizona small dog rescue! After our 12.5 yr old dog passed, we were looking for a dog to adopt to help mend our broken hearts. We actually were interested in two other dogs at the rescue, but ended up adopting the dog we never knew we always wanted!! Our Luna (Seal at the rescue) is the sweetest, smartest, most loving pup and we couldn't be more grateful to Az small dog rescue. The volunteers at the shelter and at the adoption event were the most wonderful people! The dogs are very well taken care of, and the shelter is clean and not overcrowded! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We love love love our Luna! We've had her now for A little over two months. She is the perfect addition to our family! She gets along with our other dog and our 2 cats (For the most part! Lol)

Best day ever! My son got his first dog. He named him after Stewart, the one-eyed Minion. 🥰 This rescue is very well run, clean, and organized.
