This thrift store is amazing! Everything inside there is clean, reasonably priced, and organized. Staff is super helpful and kind. They have all kinds of deals and even a rewards program where you can get a 50% voucher if you earn enough points! Every dollar you earn there is a point so after 200$ spent, you earn the rewards. It’s easy to reach that since everything there is so cool and nice. On top of it all, your money spent goes to helping and supporting the dogs! What a wonderful organization.
My FAVORITE charity!🐕🐈💞 Donate your items to help support their wonderful cause… saving SO many dogs & cats! AND, you don’t have to donate your clothing based on seasons!🩵 In other words, bring your winter coats and donate them in the middle of summer! 🥰
This must be the nicest thrift shop I've ever visited! Everything they sell was super high quality, and very well curated. I bought clothes from Patagonia, Ralph Lauren and Anthropologie and Everlane. I paid average of $15-20 per item. I was so happy to give a donation for Austin Pets Alive charity. The space is also beautiful and very welcoming! The people working and shopping there were very cool. I can't recommend this place enough, and will certainly be coming back.
i was super excited to check this place out and they had some cool stuff, but their stairs are honestly a huge safety hazard. they are very uneven and small, you have to be super careful going up and down. i actually fell like halfway down the stairs and not a single employee acknowledged it or checked on me. when i told the cashier that i fell down the stairs, they straight up ignored me. i am sure this business does great things and it goes towards a fantastic cause, but those stairs really need to be fixed for safety reasons or someone could potentially get hurt way worse than i did.
This is good store and I’ve gotten some excellent finds from boots to jewelry. However there is 1 employee there who seems like she would be better suited working at a year round haunted house, that is to say she is as close to an actual witch as I've ever encountered. This person most likely has no need for a car, as she surely takes flight on a broom stick. This person gives me the creeps and gives me chills up my spine. I am a concerned customer and dont think I'll be returning to the store, on account of that person...whatever her name is....brunhilda most likely. Thank goodness for the other APA locations.
Fantastic thrift store that often has new stuff on the floor and great music. I've found some amazing items and the staff and volunteers are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Plus all the proceeds go to help save animals' lives. I love that APA! is economical with its resources and mobilizes volunteers to help run this thrift store.
