My guinea pig came in for an abscess growth removal. The abscess was removed and flushed out professionally. I trust and feel safe bringing my Guinea pigs to Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital. I know they're in good hands. Dr. Lacey Klein is knowledgeable and handles my animals with kindness and provides proper care. All the staff I've interacted with have also been very professional and nice. Thank you!
Drs. Cummingham and Thulson are amazing veterinarians. Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital is so lucky to have them on staff. Their experience is impressive and their interaction with our adopted tortoise (Thank you, AZGFD!) is touching. And as good as their "bedside manner" was with me, their main focus was the health and well being of our guy, as it should be.
I trust Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital and feel safe to bring my Guinea pigs. Doctor Lacey Brown and staff are very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Thank you to Dr. Brown and staff for excellence service and care. They saved my Guinea pigs life and continue to provide excellent care. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who has an exotic animal, they'll be well taken care of.
We live 1.5 hr away, and it is 100% worth the drive to bring our pet rabbit here for his care. We love everyone at this clinic. How friendly every single person here is. Very polite, and always makes sure all of our questions and concerns are met. Love it here very much.

Absolute monster GREG WALTH murdered my best friend. We had a 5 year old parakeet named Apollo who was in perfect health. Anyone who has owned a parakeet knows how strong the bond can be. It was a dark time in my life, and he was the only bright spot. We took him in for his first checkup to ensure that he would have the longest and healthiest life possible. Gregory did a quick inspection, then took him in the back to do some sort of test. We have no way of knowing what that monster did to him, but after he came out, Apollo never made a sound again. Gregory said he was probably just stressed, and he would "get over it," and that he was one of the healthiest birds they'd ever seen. Then they charged me $700 for the privilege. We took him home, and that night, he was struggling to stay conscious. We called the vet again, and they told us to bring him in for observation. They put him in an incubator overnight, and gave him a bunch of injections. The next morning, we picked him up and took him home after being told that the overnight stay would be another $400, and he could no longer stand up. We put him in the corner of the cage, where he laid for his last few hours. One week later, Gregory emailed to tell us that the test results came back - Apollo was perfectly healthy, and should live a great life for many more years. Instead, he died within 24 hours of seeing this MONSTER, and spent that last day suffering. The necropsy added another $700 to the bill. I wanted to wait until the emotions subsided before writing a review, but they just won't. It's been 4 months now, and I'm still struggling with the grief. I still have the impulse to go talk to him or play with him, and when I realize that I can never do that again, it feels like running headfirst into a brick wall. I still have dreams about him, and can't get the vision of him sitting in the corner of his cage out of my mind. I spiraled into a horrible depression at a time I really could not afford to. My relationship with my girlfriend ended, and I will be paying the bill for this experience for the next several years. I contacted a lawyer, who informed me that for a few hundred dollars an hour of lawyer time, I have the right to sue for the cost of a replacement parakeet. That cost to me is priceless, but the market has decided it is $50. The worst part is, Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital couldn't care less. We got hollow some copy/paste "We're sorry" response, which I couldn't even bear to read. They don't care, and this monster is free to murder other peoples friends. Bottom line: If you want your healthy best friend to die suffering within a day, Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital is just the place for you, and Greg Walth is your guy.
